Apple rose shaped cakes

This dessert has beautiful rose shape and preparing of it is so fun.

Ingredients
2-3 red apples
1 lemon
1 sheet puff pastry
Honey or jam
Powdered sugar

Preparation
Cut the apples in half, trim off the ends and remove core of apple.
Cut each half into thin slices. Put the sliced apples in a bowl, top it with lemon juice and cover it with water. Place it in microwave and cook it for 3 minutes ( or in a pot on the cooker).When cooked drain out the water and let it cool.
Sprinkle some flour on working table. Put on sheet puff pastry and with rolling pin stretch it. Cut the pastry into 6 strips. Take one stripe and spread on it honey or jam. Place the apple slices on the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and fold the dough in half and carefully roll it up. Place them in lightly buttered cup cake tray. And bake at 190C for 35 minutes. Once they cooked sprinkle powdered sugar on them and serve it.

 

پای سیب به شکل گل رز
این دسر سیب به شکل گل های رز دارای ظاهری بسیاری زیبا هستند و آماده سازی آنها هم خیلی لذت بخش هست. شاید ظاهرن تهیه ی این دسر مشکل بنظر بیاید ولی درواقع خیلی آسان می باشد.

 

مواد لازم

دو سه عدد سیب قرمز

یک عدد لیمو ترش

یک ورقه خمیر هزار لایه یا همان پاف پیستری

عسل یا مربا

پودر قند

 

طرز تهیه
سیب ها را از وسط نصف کنید. سرو ته آنها را جدا کنید. دانه های سیب را نیز بیرون بیاورید. سپس هر نصفه را به صورت نیم حلقه های بسیار نازک ببرید. نیم حلقه ها را داخل یک کاسه گذاشته و آب لیمو ترش را به ان بیفزایید و روی سیب آب ریخته ودر مایکروفر به مدت 3 دقیقه بپزید ( یا درون قابلمه روی گاز ) ولی دقت کنید بیشتر از 3 دقیقه نشود.

روی میز کار مقداری آرد بپاشید. یک ورقه خمیر هزارلایه را روی آرد بازکنید و با وردنه خمیر را باز کنید. سپس خمیر را به 6 مستطیل برش دهید. یک برش را بردارید. روی آن کمی عسل بمالید. سیب های پخته را مثل تصویر روی یک لبه ی خمیر گذاشته و کمی پودر دارچین روی آن بپاشید ( اگر دوست دارید) و سپس لبه ی دیگر خمیر را روی سیبها برگردانید. حالا خمیر را با دقت بپچید. داخل قالب کیک ها را با کره کمی چرب کنید و خمیرهای آماده شده را داخل قالب گذاشته و درون فر بگذارید تا برای 35 دقیقه با حرارت 190 درجه ی سانتیگراد بپزد. وقتی کیک ها آماده شدند روی آنها کمی پودر قند پاشیده و سرو کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
