Rozina’s Persian Calzone Pizza پیتزا کالزونه

Calzone pizza is very easy to make it. Usually need pizza dough and sometimes tortilla bread. In this recipe I have made my version of Persian calzone pizza. It was so good and everyone enjoyed it. I hope you also like this recipe and try it.

Calzone pizza

ingredients

200 g minced beef

80 g shredded orange cheddar cheese

2 slices of tortilla bread

1 large onion, peeled and thinly sliced

1tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp black olives, pitted

1tsp Persian saffron water

½ tsp turmeric

sea salt and chilli powder to taste

Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry onion until soft. Then add minced beef, tomato paste, and season with salt, turmeric and chilli. Gently stir all ingredients and allow to fry until meat is brown. Transfer from the heat and stir in saffron water.

Pour some oil in a pan, place one of tortilla bread in the pan, spread half of shredded cheddar cheese top of bread and place black olives and meat mixture. Then at the end add remains of shredded cheese and cover it with second tortilla bread.

Now, fry the calzone in the pan, and after 2 minutes flip over and fry other side of bread.Once both sides fried, transfer it to a plate and cut it into slices and serve it with salad and fried potatoes.

پتزاکالزونه ی رزینا

کالزونه یک نوع پیتزای ایتالیایی تا شده یا پیچیده هست که هم میشه با خمیر پیتزا اون رو تهیه کرد و هم با نان (تورتیلا) یا همون نان لواش زیبای خودمون.

تهیه کردن دستور پیش رو خیلی آسون بود و همه ی افراد خونواده از خوردنش کلی لذت بردن. امیدوارم شما هم خوشتون بیاد و تهیه کنید و نظرتون رو به من بگید.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم گوشت چرخ کرده

دو قطعه نان لواش یا نان تورتیلا

هشتاد گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

یک عدد پیاز درشت خلالی خرد شده

یک ق غ رب گوجه‌فرنگی

دو ق غ زیتون سیاه هسته گرفته

یک ق غ آب زعفران ایرانی

نصف ق چ زردچوبه

نمک دریا و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز پخت

روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز خلالی رو تفت می دیم تا نرم بشه. بعد گوشت چرخ کرده- رب گوجه‌فرنگی – زردچوبه – نمک و فلفل رو به پیاز در حال تفت اضافه می‌کنیم- مواد رو به آرامی هم میزنیم و با هم ترکیب می‌کنیم و میگذاریم گوشت سرخ بشه. وقتی گوشت آماده شد از روی حرارت بر می‌داریم و آب زعفران رو هم به مایع گوشت اضافه می‌کنیم و همه ی مواد رو با هم مخلوط می کنیم. مایع کالزونه ی ما حاضره.

حالا- کمی روغن داخل تابه می ریزیم. یکی از نان‌های لواش رو وسط تابه میگذاریم و روش نصف پنیر رنده شده رو پخش می‌کنیم و بعد زیتون ها رو می‌ریزیم و روی اون هم مایع گوشت را می‌ریزیم و تمام سطح نون رو می پوشونیم. در آخر روی مایع گوشت رو با باقی‌مانده ی پنیر رنده شده می پوشونیم و روش نان دوم رو می گذاریم.

گاز رو روشن می‌کنیم و میگذاریم بخش زیری نون سرخ بشه که دوسه دقیقه طول میشکه بعد به آرامی پشت رو می‌کنیم تا روی دیگه ی نون هم سرخ بشه. به همین راحتی. کالزونه ی آماده شده رو داخل بشقاب میگذاریم و به چند قسمت برش می دیم و با سالاد و سیب زمینی سرخ شده سرو می کنیم. آی میچسبه خیلی خیلی خوشمزه میشه.
