Marinated Feta Cheese پنیر پرورده

This is one of those MUST recipes which should get a try. It just needs several hours for flavour to build, however if you are not patient person, you can start to eat it right after preparing yet.
In my recipe I have chosen my favourite herbs such as rosemary, thyme, mint, but you can have your favourite herbs such as parsley, coriander, basil, spring onion.
Marinated feta cheese is just an elegant snack or light lunch or dinner on pitta bread, baguette, toasted bread or crackers.

If there is any olive oil leftover from the marinated cheese, collect and use it for salad, or spaghetti,as this olive oil is flavoured and so yummy.

Marinated Feta cheese

Ingredients
250 g Feta cheese
400 ml virgin olive oil
Hand full of Rosemary, thyme and mint, finely chopped
1 Lemon zest
1 dried Chilli, chopped
1-2 small onions, cut into ring shapes

Method
Cut each block of feta cheese into small cubes.
In a big bowl, add  chopped onion(s), chopped herbs, chilli and lemon zest. Pour enough virgin olive oil and gently mix together.
Layer the cheese mixture in a clean jar. You can eat it right after preparing but if let to stay in the fridge for few hours, taste will develop and would be much better.

You can keep marinated feta cheese in the fridge for about 1 month . And yet any leftover olive oil in the jar can be used again for dressing salad

پنیر پرورده

چند وقت پیش پنیر پرورده درست کردم- یعنی هر چی از خوشمزه بودنش بگم کم گفتم. اگر دوست داشتید درست کنید و ببینید چقدردرست میگم. فقط وقتی همه ی مواد رو با هم مخلوط کردید باید چند ساعت بمونه تا مزه بخورد پنیر بره. هر چند اگر طاقت نیاوردید می تونید شروع به میل کردنش کنید.

در دستور تهیه ی پنیر پرورده ی پیش روتون من از سیزیجات معطری مثل رزماری (اکلیل کوهی) – زعتر:آویشن و نعنا استفاده کردم که ترکیب اینا با هم فوق‌العاده بود ولی اگر اینهارو دوست ندارید می تونیدد از جعفری- گشنیز- پیازچه و ریحان استفاده کنید.

مواد لازم

دویست پنجاه گرم پنیر تبریزی

چهار صد میلی لیتر روغن زیتون

به اندازه ی یک کف دست سبزی خرد شده شامل: رزماری- زعتر یا آویشن و نعنای تازه

پوست رنده شده ی یک لیمو

یک عدد پیاز کوچک حلقه شده

یک فلفل خشک خیلی کوچک خرد شده

طرز تهیه

پنیر را به صورت مربع های کوچک خرد می کنیم. داخل یک‌ کاسه ی بزرگ پیازهای حلقه شده – سبزیجات و پنیر خرد شده – پوست رنده شده ی لیمو و فلفل می‌ریزیم و روش روغن زیتون روبهشون اضافه می‌کنیم و به آرامی مواد رو با هم مخلوط می‌کنیم طوریکه پنیر له نشه.

مواد آماده شده رو داخل یک بطری شیشه‌ای می‌ریزیم . می تونید بلافاصله پنیر پرورده رو سرو کنید ولی اگر دو سه ساعت در یخچال بمونه مزه اش خیلی عالی تر میشه.

این پنیر پرورده رو می تونید حدود یکماه در یخچال نگه دارید. در آخر وقتی کل پنیر پرورده خورده شد و اگر روغنی در ته ظرف باقی مونده بود می تونید به عنوان روغن زیتون مزه دار برای سالاد استفاده کنید چون در عرض چند روز روغن زیتون مزه و عِطر سبزیجات داخل پنیر پرورده رو بخودش میگیره.
