Rice Salad

A quick – easy made salad with lovely taste of sesame oil.

Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1tsp soy sauce
1tbsp sesame oil
1 medium  cucumber
10 Radish
1 small yellow bell pepper
Small bunch parsley
Salt- red chilli powder to taste

Method
Finely chop cucumber, parsley, bell pepper and radish. In a bowl with chopped vegetables, add cooked rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Gently mix together.

 

 

سالاد برنج

شاید وقتی صحبت از برنج میشه فقط به پلو و کته همراه با خورش فکر کنیم ولی سالاد های خوشمزه ای هم میشه با برنج درست کرد. سالاد برنج خیلی پرطرفداره و با اضافه کردن سبزیجات و ادویه های مختلف میشه یک سالاد کاملن متفاوت و اشتهابرانگیز درست کرد. امروز من سالاد برنج درست کردم. یک سالاد متفاوت که از ترکیب برنج پخته با سبزیجات و روغن کنجد درست شده. بسیار سریع و آسان میشه این سالاد رو درست کرد بخصوص اگر از کته یا پلو شامتون مقداری اضافه مونده باشه که کار خیلی هم آسون تر میشه.

این سالاد سرد یک غذای سریع برای پیک نیک هم میتونه باشه.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه برنج پخته : میتونید از برنج سفید یا قهوه ای هم استفاده کنید

یک عدد خیار متوسط

ده عدد تربچه

یک دسته کوچک جعفری

یک عدد فلفل دلمه کوچک رنگی

یک ق مربا خوری سس سویا

یک ق غ روغن کنجد : میتوان از روغن زیتون هم استفاده کرد

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

خیار- جعفری- فلفل دلمه و تربچه ها را ریز خرد کنید. درون یک ظرف سبزیجات خرد شده را با برنج پخته – سویا سس و روغن کنجد به آرامی هم زده و با هم مخلوط کنید. نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم اضافه کنید.

Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
