Toasted bread omelette (1) املت تست شماره یک

These  are omelettes with toasted breads but in different way.

Ingredients for omelette with herbs

1 large egg

1 slice of bread

2 tbs of olive oil

3 tbs of fresh herbs ( dill, tarragon and coriander)

A clove of small garlic

Salt- pepper to taste

1/2 tsp  turmeric

Ingredients for omelette with cheddar cheese

1 large egg

1 slice of bread

30g Cheddar cheese, grated

Salt- pepper to taste

Olive oil

Preparation of omelette with herbs

Pick leaves of dill, tarragon and coriander. Wash and roughly chop them. Place them in a bowl. Crack the egg and add it to the bowl. Add grated garlic. Season mixture with salt- pepper and turmeric. Gently beat egg and vegetables. Set aside. 

Put frying pan on the heat. let it to get hot. Add olive oil. Put slice of bread in the pan and fry each side of bread for few seconds. Set it aside.

Add again olive oil to the pan. Pour egg mixture and move the pan around to spread them out. Let it to cook for few seconds. Then, put toasted bread on the omelette. Use a spatula and press it on the omelette and let it to cook for few second.Remove the pan from the heat and serve it.

Preparation of omelette with cheddar cheese

Crack the egg in a bowl. Add grated cheddar cheese and season it with salt and pepper. Mix it very well. Put frying pan on the heat. let it to get hot. Add olive oil. Put slice of bread in the pan and fry each side of bread for few seconds. Set it aside.

Add again olive oil to the pan. Pour egg mixture and move the pan around to spread them out. Let it to cook for few seconds. Then, put toasted bread on the omelette. Use a spatula and press it on the omelette and let it to cook for few second.Remove the pan from the heat and serve it.

(1)املت تست

بعضی وقتا که املت درست می‌کنیم اون رو لای نون میگذاریم و لقمه یا ساندویچ درست می کنیم. ولی املت هایی که امروز درست کردم یکی با پنیر چدار هست یکی هم با سبزیجاتی که میتونه هر سبزی مورد علاقه ی خودتون باشه یا سبزی کوکویی خودمون باشه. فقط فرق این املت با املت های معمولی این هست که این املت ها نون سرخود هست

مواد لازم برای املت سبزی

یک عدد تخم مرغ درشت

یک قطعه نان تست

روغن مایع

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

سه ق غ سبزی خرد شده شامل شوید- ترخون-گشنیز

کمی زردچوبه

یک حبه سیر کوچک

مواد لازم برای املت پنیر

یک عدد تخم مرغ درشت

یک قطعه نان تست

سی گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

نمک و فلفل

روغن مایع

طرز تهیه

سبزیجات را شسته و خرد می کنیم. تخم مرغ ها را همراه با سیر رنده شده – نمک و فلفل و زردچوبه به سبزی اضافه کرده و هم می زنیم.

مقداری روغن را در تابه داغ می‌کنیم . پشت و روی نان تست را در تابه برای دو سه ثانیه سرخ می کنیم.

مجدد کمی روغن را در تابه ی کوچک گرم کرده و مایع املت را در تابه می‌ریزیم . تابه را می‌چرخانیم تا مایع تمام سطح تابه را بپوشاند. وقتی کمی املت پخت نان تست سرخ شده را روی مایع املت گذاشته و به آرامی با یک کفگیر نان را روی املت فشار می‌دهیم – و میگذاریم بپزد.

برای املت پنیر چدار

تخم مرغ ها را در یک‌کاسه شکسته و پنیر رنده شده را همراه با نمک و فلفل به تخم مرغ اضافه کرده و مایع را هم می زنیم. درست مثل دستور بالا اول نان را در روغن سرخ کرده و بعد املت پنیر را تابه ریخته- کمی که سفت شد نان را روی املت قرار داده و میگذاریم که بپزد.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
