Omurice

Hi everyone, I am so excited about this recipe. So I cooked: Omurice that is a kind of omelette rice املت برنج yesterday. It is called Omurice or omelette rice. It is a combination of fried rice with vegetables, chicken, ketchup and eggs. This is a popular meal in Japan and Korea. It is very easy recipe and is just lovely, gorgeous and delicious rice dish , full of colour , taste .

I used chicken meat but if you wish you might be use sausages. You will be surprise how much is easy and simple to make this dish and in other hand how much is tastyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2-3 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 celery
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Salt and chilli flakes to taste
  • Oil or butter

Instruction

Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Cut chicken meat into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, add chicken meat season with salt. Fry until cooked and changed the colour.

Heat the oil in a pan again and add all chopped vegetables and season with salt and chilli flakes. Sauté until softened.

Once vegetables are done, add fried meat and ketchup. Mix well together. Next, add rice to the cooked vegetables and combine together.

Now place some of rice mixture in a bowl, add pieces of cheddar cheese and top it with more rice. Whisk eggs in a bowl with pinch of salt and 3 tbsp milk .Heat the oil in a pan, pour the egg into the pan and tilte to cover the bottom of pan. Allow to cook the omelette.

Put a plate on top of the rice bowl and put the omelette top of the rice. It ‘s done , ready .

امورایس

سلام دوستان – امیدوارم که حال همگی خوب باشه. دیروز یک غذای خیلی خوشمزه کره ای-یا ژاپنی درست کرده بودم که فکر کردم شاید جالب باشه با شما به اشتراک بگذارم.
اسم اصلی غذا امو رایس یا املت برنج هست. املت برنج یکی از غذاهای پرطرفدار در ژاپن و کره محسوب میشه که شامل املت و کته ی سرخ شده همراه با گوشت مرغ یا سوسیس – املت و سبزیجات خوش رنگ و طعم هست که در آخر یک ورقه املت نازک رو روی کته قرار میدن یا دور کته می پیچن. این کته نه تنها طعم واقعن خوشی داره و خوشمزه هست بلکه نحوه ی سرو اون که با املت پوشش داده میشه خیلی جالبه و برای بچه‌ها و حتی ما افراد بزرگسال هم حتمن خوشایند خواهد بود.

.این غذا انواع مختلفی داره گاهی فقط برنج ساده و سفید رو با املت سرو میکنن و گاهی همانطور که ذکر کردم کته رو با سبزیجات مختلف پخته و با املت سرو میشه که البته با سبزیجات هم طعم عالی تری داره هم رنگ و روی زیباتری.
سورپرایز خواهید شد از اینکه این غذای قشنگ چقدر آسون درست میشه و از طرف دیگه چقدررررررررررررر خوشمزه هست.

مواد لازم

دو پیمانه کته پخته شده

دو عدد سینه یا ران مرغ

دو عدد تخم مرغ

دو ق غ کچاپ : سس گوجه فرنگی

دو- سه تکه پنیر چداری

دو عدد هویج کوچک

یک ساقه کرفس

سه عدد قارچ

یک عدد پیاز درشت

دو حبه سیر

دو عدد فلفل دلمه ی کوچک

سه ق غ شیر

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

کره و روغن

طرز تهیه

سبزیجات و گوشت مرغ را خرد می کنیم. داخل تابه روغن را گرم کرده و گوشت مرغ را با نمک مخلوط کرده و در در روغن سرخ می‌کنیم تا بپزد.

سبزیجات خرد شده را نیز همراه با نمک و فلفل در تابه ی دیگری تا نرم شدن سرخ می‌کنیم
وقتی سبزیجات سرخ شده و پختند –

گوشت سرخ شده و کچاپ را به سبزیجات اضافه کرده و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم

برنج پخته را هم به سبزیجات اضافه کرده و همه ی مواد را با هم هم می زنیم.در این مرحله مقداری از برنج مخلوط را داخل یک‌کاسه ریخته

و پنیر چدار یا مازارلا را روی برنج ریخته و باقی برنج را روی پنیر می‌ریزیم وکمی با قاشق فشار می‌دهیم تا قالب کاسه شده و سپس کاسه را سرو ته کرده و برنج را سرو می کنیم. حالا می‌بینید چه کته ی خوش آب و رنگی دارید که پر از سبزیجات رنگارنگ و خوشمزه هست: کرفس – فلفل دلمه – پیاز و سیر …. که به برنج طعم فوق‌العاده‌ای می دهد.

حالا دو تخم مرغ را داخل کاسه هم زده و کمی نمک و سه ق غ شیر به تخم مرغ میزنیم – شیر باعث میشه املت حالت نرم و لطیفی داشته باشه. کمی روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و تخم مرغ همزده را داخل تابه ریخته و تابه را تکان می‌دهیم تا تمام سطح تابه را بگیرد.

وقتی املت پخت روی کته گذاشته و حالا غذا را سرو می کنیم.
