Rainbow Spaghetti/Pasta طرز تهیه پاستای رنگی

For making coloured pasta or spaghetti you can  use either natural colours of veggies and  spices such as spinach, beetroot, green, yellow bell pepper or turmeric or food colouring.

It’s just fun to make beautiful and colourful pasta that are so mouthwatering and scrumptious.

  • 1 package pasta or spaghetti
  • Food colouring

Instructions

Cook plain spaghetti or pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under water tab and set aside.

Combine 2 tbsp water with 1 tbsp food colouring in a plastic bag. Add small portion of cooked pasta to the colour. Seal the bag and use your hand to mix pasta and fool colouring until pasta is coloured.

Repeat colouring remaining of pasta.

Let paghetti / pasta set in colour for 10 minutes and then rinse separately under cold water.

You can mix it with other ingredients to make a salad and serve it cold or put it in the oven or microwave for few minutes and serve it with your favourite spaghetti sauce.

اسپاگتی رنگی یا رنگین کمانی

برای درست کردن ماکارونی و پاستای رنگی می تونید از رنگ‌های طبیعی که از سبزیجاتی مثل اسفناج – فلفل دلمه زرد – قرمز- کلم قرمز- چغندر و ادویه هایی مثل زردچوبه –و یا از رنگهای مجاز خوراکی استفاده کنید.

رنگی کردن پاستا فوق‌العاده آسون و سریع هست : هم فاله هم تماشا. بقدری رنگهای استفاده شده ماکارونی رو قنشگ میکنن

که آدم خودش به ذوق میاد.

مواد لازم

یک بسته از هر نوع اسپاگتی – پاستا و ماکارونی ساده

رنگ مجاز خوراکی

طرز تهیه

ماکارونی رو طبق دستور طرز تهیه که در بسته نوشته شده بپزید و یابه روش خودمون به مرحله ی آبکشی برسونید . داخل آبکش ریخته و رویش آب سرد بریزید و کنار بگذارید.

دو ق غ آب سرد رو با یک ق غ از رنگ خوراکی مخلوط کنید و داخل کیسه ی پلاستیکی بریزید. کمی از پاستای پخته شده رو داخل کیسه ریخته – دروش رو ببندید و با دستتون پلاستیک را تکان بدید تا پاستا کاملن رنگی بشه.

همین کار رو با باقی پاستا و رنگ‌های متفاوت انجام بدید.

بگذارید پاستا ها برای 10دقیقه داخل پلاستیک باشن و بعد هر کدام رو جدا جدا داخل آبکش ریخته و روش آب سرد شیر بریزید تا رنگهای اضافی برن.

می تونید پاستاهای رنگی را برای درست کردن سالاد با هم مخلوط کنید و به صورت سرد سروکنید و یا بگذارید داخل مایکروفر و یا روی گاز و کمی گرمش کنید و با سس مورد نظرتون سرو کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
