All of us have tried egg dishes such as: egg salad, omelette, frittata. And it’s pretty easy, simple and very delicious food for a lazy day.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 100 g beef, cooked and diced
- 200 g can diced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions
Heat the Olive oil in a pan. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until soften. Then add tomato paste, diced beef and season with salt and pepper. Mix together and break 4 eggs top of the tomato-beef sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and cook eggs for 10 minutes. Season with salt and sprinkle chilli flakes and serve it.
تخم مرغ با سس گوجهفرنگی و گوشت
همه ی ما غذاهای تخم مرغی را حتمن امتحان کردیم. سالاد تخم مرغ– املت های مختلف – کوکوها… احتمالن درست کردن غذا با تخم مرغ برای روزای تنبلی و یا تعطیلی گزینه ی مناسبی هست.
مواد لازم
چهار عدد تخم مرغ
صد گرم گوشت گوساله ی پخته و خرد شده
دویست گرم گوجهفرنگی خرد شده
دو ق غ رب گوجه فرنگی
نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم
روغن زیتون
طرز تهیه
روغن را داخل تابه گرم کرده و گوجه های خرد شده را برای 5 دقیقه در تابه سرخ کنید تا نرم شوند. رب گوجه را همراه با گوشت پخته شده و نمک و فلفل به تابه اضافه کنید و همه ی مواد را به آرامی با هم مخلوط کنید. تخم مرغ ها را شکسته و روی گوجه ها بریزید. در تابه رابگذارید تا برای 10 دقیقه تخم مرغها بپزند.
زمان سرو کمی نمک و فلفل روی تخم مرغ ها را ریخته و سرو کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother.
Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
