Ice Cream Cake کیک بستنی

This is a very simple but beautiful recipe for an ice cream cake. I have baked my sponge cake but your can but if you have no time, buy a baked sponge cake and follow rest of the recipe.

Ingredients for sponge cake

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 120g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 120g plain flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 30 ml oil
  • 40 ml milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients for ice cream

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 4 tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 tbsp honey or golden syrup
  • 150 g fresh raspberry

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 150C.

In a large mixing bowl, blend egg whites with vinegar, until creamy and stiff. Then gradually add sugar and keep mixing. Add egg yolks, use hand whisk and mix them. Use a sieve or colander and sift the flour and salt and gradually adding it to the mixture.

Add oil, milk and vanilla extract to the batter and whisk it until combine together.

Line bottom of cake mould with parchment paper and fill cake pan with batter. Place the pan on the third rack in the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes.

Once cake baked, set it aside to cool down and remove it from the pan.

Use a knife and cut a circle in top of the cake and remove top level of the cake within the circle.( as you see in the photos) Hollow out the cake. Being careful not to take out the bottom of the cake. Put scraps of the cake into a bowl.

Now, put cream, icing sugar and honey in a bowl and add scraps of the cake to the bowl. Mix well all together.

Then fill inside the hollow with cream mixture. Cover top of the cake with fresh fruit and freeze the cake for 2 hours until topping is firm..

کیک بستنی فوری

دوست دارید یک کیک بستنی فوق خوشمزه و فوری فوتی درست کنید؟؟ این دستور تهیه ی کیک بستنی تمشک هست که مزه ی فوق‌العاده‌ای دارد. من کیک اسفنجی این کیک رو هم خودم درست کردم که به تنهایی هم خیلی کیک سبک و ساده و لذیذی هست ولی اگر وقت یا حوصله ندارید که کیک رو درست کنید می تونید یک کیک اسفنجی آماده رو بخرید و باقی طرز تهیه رو دنبال کنید.

مواد لازم برای کیک

چهار زرده تخم مرغ

یک ق چ سرکه

صدو بیست گرم شکر

چهار سفیده تخم مرغ

صدوبیست گرم آرد همه منظوره

نصف ق چ نمک

سی میلی لیترروغن

چهل میلی لیتر شیر

نصف ق چ عصاره ی وانیل

مواد لازم برای بستنی

سیصد میلی لیتر دابل کریم Double cream

چهار ق غ پودر شکر

چهار ق غ عسل یا گلدن سیروپ

صدو پنجاه گرم تمشک تازه

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 150 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

داخل کاسه ی همزن سفیده های تخم مرغ را با سرکه هم بزنید تا به رنگ کرمی تبدیل شود. سپس کم کم شکر را اضافه کنید و همچنان همزدن را ادامه دهید. همزن برقی را کنار گذاشته و زرده های تخم مرغ را اضافه کرده و با همزن دستی با هم مخلوط کنید.

با استفاده از یک الک یا توری ارد و نمک را الک کرده و کم کم روی مخلوط تخم مرغ بریزید. سپس شیر- روغن وعصاره وانیل را نیز به مواد داخل کاسه اضافه کرده و با هم مخلوطکنید..

کف قالب کیک را با کاغذ آشپزی بپوشانید و مایع کیک را داخل قالب ریخته و در طبقه ی سوم فر برای 35-40 دقیقه کیک را بپزید.

وقتی کیک آماده شد از فر خارج کرده تا خنک شود و بعد از داخل قالب خارج کنید.

حالا با یک کارد سطح کیک را مطابق تصاویری که ملاحظه می‌کنید یک برش دایره دهید و داخل دایره را با دست و به آرامی خالی کنید تا یک حفره در وسط کیک درست کنید. خرده های کیک را داخل یک‌کاسه ی دیگر بگذارید چون استفاده خواهیم کرد. تصاویر را برای برش دادن کیک دنبال کنید .

حالا خامه – پودر شکر و عسل را داخل یک‌کاسه با هم مخلوط کنید و بعد خرد ه های کیک را به خامه اضافه کرده و با هم مخلوط کنید.

خامه ی آماده شده را داخل حفره کیک پر کنید. روی خامه را با تمشک بپوشانید. کیک رابرای دو ساعت داخل فریزر قرار دهید تا خامه خود را بگیرد و بعد سرو کنید.
