Fruity chocolate Bars

A very easy , beautiful and delicious snack and dessert that everyone would love it.

The wonderful thing abut this chocolate bar recipe is that you just need chocolate bars ( dark milk or white) , dried fruits such as orange, kiwi, apple, apricot, dates….. and nuts such as walnuts, almond, pistachio, hazelnut, peanuts, cashew or seeds…. Or even biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate : dark, white
  • Dried fruits

Instructions

Chop t chocolate. Melt the chocolate over the hot water bath (Bain-marie) or in the microwave.

Line baking tray with parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate onto the tray,

Then scatter dried fruits on the melted chocolate. Place chocolate trays in the fridge to set and harden for 2 hours. Once the chocolate is completely dried, you will see that is very easy to remove the baking paper.

Now, it is the fun time, break and crack the big chocolate bar into smaller pieces and bits. , you can cut them into different sizes and keep them in a jar or box in a cold place for several days.

طرز تهیه شکلات میوه ای

یه دسر بسیار آسونقشنگ و خوشمزه ی شکلاتی که همه از کودک – بزرگسال و سالخورده عاشقش هستن و از خوردنش لذت میبرن . نکته ی خیلی مهم در مورد این دسر شکلاتی این هست که نیاز به مواد زیادی نیست فقط باید از شکلات تیره یا سفید با کیفیت خوب همراه با میوه‌های خشک مثل توت فرنگی – کشمش – کیویسیبپرتقال…. آجیل یا مغز گردوبادامفندقپستهبادام زمینی – بادام هندی…. و یا تخمه های آفتابگردانتخم کدو… حتی بیسکویت خرد شده .استفاده کنید.

مواد لازم

شکلات سفید یا تیره

میوه‌های خشک

طرز تهیه

شکلات سفید یا تیره را جداکانه خرد کنید و به روش بن ماری یا داخل مایکروویو آن‌ها را ذوب کنید.

داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ آشپزی بپوشانید. و شکلات های آب شده راداخل سینی بریزید. میوه‌های خشک شده را روی سطح شکلات پخش کنید.

سینی ها را داخل یخچال قرار دهید تا شکلاتها مجددن سفت شده و خشک شوند. شکلات ها به آسونی از کاغذ روغنی داخل سینی جدا میشن. حالا قسمت خیلی خوب کار شروع میشه و اون برش دادن شکلات ها به تکه‌های مورد نظرتون هست که می تونید در ابعاد کوچک یا بزرگ – مربع یا مستطیل برش دهید.

این شکلات های قشنگ و خوشمزه رو می تونید برای چندین روز داخل یک ظرف در دار در یخچال یا جای خنک نگه داری کنید. البته اگر مجال موندن پیدا کنن 🙂

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
