Tiramisu truffles

A delicious Italian dessert with creamy texture, wonderful flavour and simple to make it.

Ingredients

  • 140g lady fingers biscuits
  • 1 tsp Nescafe or espresso
  • 3tbsp = 30 ml boiling water
  • 1 cup Mascarpone or soft cheese
  • 1/3 cup= 50g powdered sugar (icing sugar)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Nutella
  • Cocoa powdered

 

How to make it

Add boiling water to Nescafe, mix it and set aside to cool. In a bowl, add Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and Vanilla. Combine until smooth then add cold coffee and mix together.

 

Using a blender and process process lady fingers biscuits until powdered. Combine it with cheese mixture.

Freeze it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you can shape the tiramisu mixture by two methods: In first option you can just shape it like small balls and then roll it in the cocoa powder.

 

In second method you can flatten the paste and fill it with Nutella and shape it into ball. Both are delicious. I made both of them 🙂

Once all tiramisu truffles are ready, fridge them for half an hour and then serve them.

 

طرز تهیه ترافل تیرامیسو 

یک دسر بسیار خوشمزه و معروف ایتالیایی با بافتی نرم و کرمی و صد البته طعم و مزه ی بسیار خوشمزه. آز همه مهمتر اینکه خیلی آسون تهیه میشه و هیچ احتیاجی به پخت و پز نداره.

 

مواد لازم

صدوچهل گرم بیسکویت لیدی فینگر

یک ق مرباخوری نسکافه یا اسپرسو

سه ق غ = 30 میلی لیتر آبجوش

یک پیمانه پنیر ماسکارپونه و یا پنیر خامه ای

یک سوم پیمانه = پنچاه گرم پودر شکر

نصف ق چ عصاره وانیل

پودر کاکائو

شکلات نوتلا

 

طرزتهیه

آبجوش را روی قهوه ریخته – هم بزنید و کنار بگذارید تا خنک شود. داخل یک‌کاسه پنیر ماسکارپونه یا پنیر خامه ای را با پورد شکر و عصاره ی وانیل همزده و مخلوط کنید. سپس قهوه ی سرد شده را روی پنیر ریخته و خوب همه ی مواد را با هم ترکیب کنید.

بیسکویت لیدی فینگر را داخل غذا ساز ریخته و پودر کنید. مخلوط پنیر را روی پودر ریخته و همه ی موا را هم بزنید تا کاملن ترکیب و یک‌دست شود – سپس برای نیم ساعت داخل فریزر قرار دهید تا کمی سفت گردد.

 

بعد از نیم ساعت از فریزر خارج کرده – حالا شما دو گزینه برای آماده کردن ترافل تیرامیسو دارید. در گزینه ی اول مقداری از تیرامیسو را برداشته و به صورت توپک در آورید – وداخل پودر کاکائو بغلطانید . در گزینه ی دوم مقداری از تیرامیسو را وسط کف دست باز کنید و کمی نوتلا وسط تیرامیسو قرار داده و آن را به صورت توپک در آورید و در پورد کاکائو بغلطانید.

ترافل های آماده شده را برای نیم ساعت داخل یخچال گذاشته و بعد سرو کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
