Monte Cristo sandwich ساندویچ مونته کریستو

What a great sandwich. You can make it savoury by adding Mayonnaise and mustard sauce or sweet by adding jam, it is just your choice and both are equally tasty.

Traditionally the whole sandwich is dipped in the beaten egg and then pan fried or deep fried.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of toasted bread
  • 8 sliced cheese
  • 8 slices of ham or turkey
  • Strawberry jam
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil or butter

How to make it

Cut the crusts off the bread. Spread jam on the bread. Put one slice of cheese on it, then put 2 sliced ham and another slice of cheese. Spread jam on the bread and place on top of the cheese. Spread jam on the bread again and repeat the process.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs.

Dip the sandwich thoroughly in the beaten eggs. Coat with the bread crumbs.

Heat the oil or melt the butter in a pan. Fry the sandwich on both sides and four corners.

That’s it our tasty sandwich is ready.

Monte Cristo sandwich

Ingredients

ساندویچ مونته کریستو

ساندویچ مونته کریستو یک ساندویچ معروف و بسیاررررررررررررر خوشمزه ی فرانسویه که خیلی راحت و آسون میشه در منزل تهیه کرد. این ساندویچ به ساندویچ فرانسوی- ساندویچ پنیر فرانسوی و ساندویچ ژامبون سرخ شده ن و ساندویچ آمریکایی نیز معروفه.

ساندویچ مونته کریستو را میشه هم با طعم شیرین درست کرد و هم میشه با سس مایونز و سس خردل درست کرد. من با هردو طعم درست کردم و هردو عالی میشن ولی چون سلیقه ای هست من طعم شیرین رو ترجیح میدم و تا بحال با مربای توت فرنگی – پرتقال و گیلاس این ساندویچ رو درست کردم که خیلی خوب بودن. یعنی منظورم این هست که می تونید از هر مربایی استفاده کنید و فکر نکنید که خدایا مربا با ژامبون و پنیر جور در نمیاد بلکه برعکس ترکیب فوق‌العاده‌ای میشه.

برای هر نفر نیاز به سه عدد نان تست هست یعنی ساندویچ سه طبقه خواهد شد. می تونید از ژامبون – سالامی – کالباس مرغ – کالباس بوقلمون ( ترکی) – استفاده کنید.

مواد لازم

شش عدد نان تست

هشت عدد پنیر ورقه‌ای

هشت عدد ژامبون

چهار عدد تخم مرغ هم زده

مربای توت فرنگی

آرد نان سوخاری

روغن مایع یا کره

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

چگونه تهیه کنیم؟

چهار گوشه ی نانها را با کارد جدا کنید ( مطابق تصویر). روی نان مقداری مربا بمالید. یک عد پنیر ورقه‌ای روی نان قرار دهید و رو پنیر دو لایه ژامبون گذاشته و دوباره یک لایه ی دیگر پنیر روی ژامبون قرار دهید. روی نان مربا مالید و نان را روی پنیر قرار دهید.

دوباره مقداری مربا را رونان آخری مالید و مراحل قبلی را مجددن تکرار کرده و روی آن نان را قرار دهید. وقتی تمام ساندویچ ها به همین ترتیب آماده شده و لایه‌های ساندویچ چیده شدند با دست خیلی آرام هر ساندویچ را به طرف پایین فشار دهید.

تخم مرغ هارا داخل یک‌کاسه شکسته و نمک و فلفل به میزان نیازاضافه کرده و تخم مرغ هارا هم بزنید. هر ساندویچ را با دو دست داخل مایه ی تخم مرغ کرده و اجازه دهید دو طرف و چهار گوشه ساندویچ تخم مرغی شود . سپس تمام ساندویچ را با آرد سوخاری بپوشانید.

روغن مایع را در تابه گرم کنید و یا کره را در تابه آب کنید و ساندویچ ها را داخل تابه گذاشته و تمام سطوح آن را سرخ کنید تا طلایی شوند.

وقتی ساندویچ ها آماده شدند هر یک را یک برش مثلثی داده و با سیب زمینی سرخ شده و یا سالاد نوش جان کنید. خیلییییییییییییییییییی خوشمزه هست.
