My Pumkin-Walnuts Dessert

Well, October is here, with shorter days, colder weather, and we celebrate change of seasons. When you walk outside, yellow leaves are everywherre and look completely different in a beautiful way.

It is also Halloween time, and pumpkin is popular in this time of the year for making soups, cakes, tarts and other desserts.

Today, I have a simple pumpkin dessert, but do not get me wrong, It is simple but yet so delicious and inviting.

It is an easy recipe for a delicious and  humble dessert. A different way to treat yourself and family members with pumpkin, roasted walnuts and cinnamony flaour in Autumn season.

Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin
  • ½ cup walnuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

How to make it???

Preheat your oven to 176 C.

Rinse the pumpkin under cold water. Cut off pumpkin lid. Use a knife to stab outer shell a few times, to allow for ventilation. Then place the pumpkin in a glass baking dish and transfer the dish into the oven to roast for about 50-60 minutes. Of course, consider thhe duration for roasting depending on the size of the pumpkin.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add crushed walnuts, sugar and cinnamon and fry for 2 minutes and set aside.

Once the pumpkin is roasted, Let it cool down, Use a spoon and scrape out the seeds. Cut pumpkin into slices but you do not need to separate the slices ( as you see in the photos).

Fill centre of the pumpkin with fried walnuts and sprinkle some icing sugar top of it.For giving sweetnees to this dessert, you can make it as sweet as you like. In serving time, If you are not a fan of sugar, you can use honey or maple syrup on top of the pumpkin instead and still is super delicious and yummy.

دسر کدوحلوایی

خوب فصل پاییز شروع شده و روزها داره کوتاه‌تر و سردتر میشه و ما تغییر فصل ها را جشن میگیریم. وقتی که بیرون از منزل قدم میگذارید برگ‌ها ی زرد و قهوه ای همه جا دیده میشن و یک زیبایی کاملن متفاوتی رو میشه تجربه کرد.

در کشورهای اروپایی و آمریکا این ماه مخصوص هالوین هم هست و کدوتنبل یا کدوحلوایی خیلی طرفدار پیدا میکنه و با هاش انواع غذاها – سوپ ها و دسرها رو درست میکنن.

امروز من یک دسر ساده با کدوحلوایی رو میخواهم معرفی کنم که مادرم برای ما درست میکرد. البته این دسر با اینکه خیلی ساده و آسون هست ولی فوق‌العاده خوشمزه و خوش عِطر و خاصیت هست.

مواد لازم

یک عدد کدو حلوایی متوسط

نصف پیمانه گردوی خرد شده

دو ق غ شکر سفید

یک ق چ دارچین

یک ق غ کره بدون نمک

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت ۱۷۶ درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

کدو حلوایی رو شسته و قسمت سر آن را برش داده و یک حفره مانند ایجاد کنیدد.با یک چاقو یا چنگال چندضربه روی بدنه کدو بزنید تا در حین پخت هوابه داخل آن نفوذ کند. کدو را داخل یک ظرف قرار داده و در فر به مدت ۶۰-۵۰ دقیقه بپزید.

در این بین کره را در تابه آب کرده و گردو- شکر و دارچین را برای دو سه دقیقه تفت می دهیم. وقتی کدو پخت بگذارید سرد شود و با یک قاشق غذاخوری تخمه های داخل کدو را خارج کرده و با یک چاقوکدو را چند قاچ می‌کنیم تا به شکل گل در آیدولی بایدی مراقب باشیم که برش هایی که می‌زنیم باعث جدا شدن تکه‌های کدوتنبل از هم نشود: مطابق تصاویر.

گردوی تفت داده را وسط کدو ریخته و کمی پودر قند روی آن می پاشیم

اگر با شکر و پودر قند موافق نیستید میشه از عسل یا میپل سیروپ: شربت افرا استفاده کنید و زمان سرو عسل یا این شیره را روی کدوتنبل و گردوهای تفت داده ریخته و میل کنیدو .
