Spicy Hot Chocolate شکلات داغ برای زمستون سرد

I had my best hot chocolates in the Wedel café at Warsaw. In cold winters of Warsaw, real hot chocolate is great. This café serves amazing hot chocolate, that is totally deliciousو with different flavours such as: mint, strawberry, ….. Those hot chocolates were tasty, and so thick that your lips stock together, and always served with a cup of hot water.

Having a cup of real good hot chocolate is  just being  over the moon. So,  yesterday was cold and  I remembered those delicious hot chocolates and decided to make it at home. It just would take 10 minutes to have a lovely hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 300g good quality chocolate
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation
Put milk into a pan, bring it to a simmer. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, and pieces of chocolate.

When chocolate melted, remove the pot from the heat. Using a tea strainer, remove the leftover spices.
Pour the hot chocolate into your glass or mugs and enjoy it.

شکلات داغ یا همون هات چاکلت

من بهترین شکلات داغ رو در کافه ودل ورشو در لهستان خوردم. از کافه های خیلی قدیمی ورشو هست که از سال 1850 به درست کردن شکلات معروف هست. تو زمستونهای سرد ورشو خوردن یک فنجون شکلات داغ واقعن می چسبید- اونم اون شکلات های داغ که واقعن خوشمزه بودن و در طعم های مختلف نعنا – توت فرنگی- … تهیه میکردن. این نوشیدنی اینقدر خوشمزه و غلیظ بود که موقع خوردن لبهای آدم بهم می چسبید و همیشه یک فنجان آب داغ هم کنار شکلات داغ بود.

امروز یاد اون شکلات ها افتادم و تصمیم گرفتم شکلات داغ خونگی با طعم دارچین و فلفل درست کنم. فقط 10 دقیقه وقت لازم دارید که این شکلات داغ رو درست کنید و بعدش نوش جان

مواد لازم

سیصد گرم شکلات با کیفیت خوب

دو پیمانه شیر

دو ق غ شکر قهوه ای

یک ق چ پودر دارچین

یک ق چ عصاره وانیل

کمی پودر فلفل کاین

طرز تهیه

شیر را داخل یک قابلمه ریخته وروی حرارت ملایم گرم کنید. بعد شکر – دارچین – پودر فلفل- وانیل و شکلات را به شیر اضافه کنید. و یکی دوبار مخلوط شیر را هم بزنید تا شکلات آب شود. وقتی شکلات آب شد باید یک مخلوط غلیظ شکلاتی داشته باشید. قابلمه را از روی حرات بردارید. با استفاده از یک صافی شکلاغ داغ را از فیلتر بگذرونید تا دانه های ادویه جدا شده و مایع یکنواختی بدست بیارید.

شکلات داغ با طعم فلفل و دارچین آماده هست. امیدوارم امتحان کنید و خوشتون بیاد.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
