Roses Carrot- Zucchini Tart تارت کدوسبز و هویج

This colourful tart will get all attention at a party. I love the contrast between colours in this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large green zucchini
  • 6 orange- purple and yellow carrots
  • 350g ricotta cheese
  • 100g mozzarella cheese or Feta cheese
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried mint or oregano
  • Salt to taste

How to make it?????

we need a tart pan. Now unfold puff pastry, just big enough to cover the pan. Trim the excess. Place a piece of parchment paper in as shown. Place some beans on it, in order to avoid moving the paper.

Place it in the oven and allow to bake on 200C degree for 15-20 minutes. Once it is baked, let it cool down.

Now, in a large bowl whisk the eggs, then add ricotta and mozzarella cheese, dried herb, nutmeg, pepper, salt and mix all ingredients well together.

Preheat the oven to 200C degree. Slice zucchinis and carrots lengthwise and very thin.

Now, spread the cheese mixture in the baked puff pastry. Now we are going to make rose shape rolls. So for making a rose shape roll you would need 3 slices of zucchini or carrot Then take one slice of zucchini or carrot and roll it. Take second slice and rolling around the first one.

Place each one of the rose buds among the cheese mixture. Carry on with remaining of the ingredients and repeat the process and place each one next to the other one.

Once you finished rolling , spray some vegetable oil on rolled vegetables. Transfer the tart pan into the oven and allow to bake for 45- 50 minutes.

تارت کدو سبز و هویج

تارت کدوسبز و هویج با انواع پنیرها طعم تازه ای رو سر سفره ی شما خواهد آورد. بخصوص شکل رز مانند کدوو هویج باعث توجه سختگیر ترین افراد خواهد شد.

مواد لازم

یک ورقه خمیر هزارلایه یا پاف پیستری

دو عدد تخم مرغ

یک عدد کدو سبز درشت

6 عدد هویج متوسط به رنگهای ارغوانی – زرد و نارنجی

سیصدوپنجاه گرم پنیر ریکوتا

صد گرم پنیر مازارلا و یا پنیر تبریزی

یک جهارم ق چ جوز هندی

یک چهارم ق چ فلفل سیاه

نصف ق چ اورگانو یا نعنا خشک

نمک به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

یک تکه از کاغذ روغنی آشپزی را وسط خمیر گذاشته و مقداری دانه یا تخمه روی کاغذ بریزید تا زمان پخت خمیر کاغذ از جایش تکان نخورد.

ظرف حاوی خمیر را داخل فربا 200درجه سانتیگراد گذاشته تا به مدت 20-15 دقیقه بپزد. وقتی خمیر آماده شده از فر خارج کرده و بگذارید سرد شود.

حالا داخل یک‌کاسه ی بزرگ تخم مرغ را هم زده و پنیر ریکوتا- مازارلا- سبزیجات خشک – جوز هندی – و نمک و فلفل را افزوده وهمه مواد را با هم خوب مخلوط می کنیم.

فر را روی حرارت 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم می کنیم.

مایه پنیر آماده شده را داخل خمیر پخته شده ریخته و در تمام سطح آن پخش کنید.

حالا کدو و هویج ها را با استفاده از رنده برش های بسیار نازک و طولی می دهیم. برای درست کردن کدو و هویج به شکل گل رز نیاز به سه ورقه از هر سبزی هست. یعنی یک ورقه از کدو را رول کنید و بعد ورقه ی دوم را دور آن پیچیده و بالاخره ورقه سوم را دور آن رول کنید. هر یک از گل‌ها را وسط مایه پنیری گذاشته و با باقی ورقه های کدو و هویج ها هم همین کار را تکرار کرده و روی مایه پنیری بچینید. مخلوط پنیر مانند چسب عمل خواهد کرد و مانع حرکت سبزیحات رول شده میشود.

در انتها روی کدو ها و هویچ های رول شده با برش آشپزی و یا با اسپری روغن بزنید. ظرف تارت را داخل فرقرار داده تا برای 50-45 دقیقه پخته شود.
