Tiramisu in 10 Minutesتیرامیسو در ده دقیقه

If you are a student and would study or work until late at night and feel tired or sleepy, perhaps a cup of quick made tiramisu would help to keep you fresh and not sleepy.

You can make this tiramisu in 10 minutes or even less than that.

In my previous posts, I shared my other tiramisu and truffle tiramisu recipes. Today, I made this tasty tiramisu which does not need eggs or cream but cream cheese.

Also you can use honey instead of sugar which is more healthy and tasty. About biscuit for tiramisu you might use petit berrue, lady finger or sponge cake. By the way, you can also use any kind of coffee such as: French coffee, Turkish coffee, Nescafe or Espreso.

So as you see there are lots of options for making this tasty tiramisu.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp coffee
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or white sugar
  • petit beurre biscuit/ Lady finger/ sponge cake

How to make it?????

Mix coffee with boiled water and set aside.

In a bowl with cream cheese, add honey and combine together. Now add 1 tbsp of coffee and mix together.

In this step, break some of biscuits in half. Then dip the biscuits into the coffee. They will absorbed the coffee quickly.

Now, simply put soaked biscuits inside the glass or cup, followed by 1 tbsp of cream cheese mixture and again another layer of soaked biscuits and finally top up with more cream cheese mixture. For the final touch, add a layer of chopped chocolate or coca powder. It’s ready to serve.

اگر یک موقعه می بایست برای درس خودندن یا انجام کارهای عقب افتادتون نیاز به بیداری و شب کاری مثلن تا 11-12 نصف شب دارید ولی احساس خستگی و خواب آلودگی و گشنگی کردید می تونید این تیرامیسوی فوری رو درست کنید که هم سیرتون میکنه هم بیدار نگهتون میداره و هم اینکه خیلی خیلی خوشمزه هست.

من در پست های قبلم تیرامیسو و ترافل تیرامیسو رو به اشتراک گذاشتم و خیلی مورد علاقه بازدید کنندگان بود. امروز یک تیرامیسو رو معروفی میکنم که فقط در عرض ده دقیقه یا کمتر هم می تونید اون را حاضر کنید و همون موقع هم میلش کنید.

چون معمولن تیرامیسو رو یکی دو ساعت تو یخچال میگذاریم بمونه تا خودش رو بگیره ولی با این روش و به قول معروف از تولیدی به مصرفه و همون موقع قابل مصرف هست.

در این تیرامیسو از تخم مرغ یا خامه استفاده نشده و فقط ازپنیر خامه ای یا پنیر نرم استفاده می کنید. همینطور بجای شکر می تونید از عسل که خاصیت و طعم خیلییییییییییییییی بهتری داره استفاده کنید. برای بیسکویت هم می تونید از هر نوع بیسکویت که دم دستتون بود مثل پتی بور – لیدی فینگر – بیسکویت مادر – یا بیسکویت کره ای یا کیک اسفنجی استفاده کنید

در ضمن می تونید هر نوع قهوه شامل: قهوه ترک – قهوه فرانسه – نسکافه یا اسپرسو هم در این تیرامیسو بکار ببرید.

مواد لازم

یک یا دو ق غ قهوه

یک پیمانه آبجوش

دویست گرم پنیر خامه ای

دو ق غ عسل یا شکر سفید

بیسکویت پتی بور یا لیدی فینگر

طرز تهیه

اول از همه قهوه یا نسکافه را با آبجوش مخلوط کنید و کنار بگذارید.

بعد پنیر خامه ای را با عسل مخلوط کنید و یک ق غ خوری از قهوه آماده شده را به پنیرو عسل افزوده وهم بزنید.

حالا از هر بیسکویتی که دارید با قهوه خیس کنید و ته لیوان یا فنجون قرار بدید و با قاشق لهش کنید. روی بیسکویت مقداری از پنیر قهوه بریزید و بعد چند تا از بیسکویت هارو مجددن با قهوه خیس کنید و روی پنیر یا اطرای دیواره های لیوان بچینید و باز با مخلوط پنیر روی اونهارو بپوشانید. و در آخر روی پنیر می تونید پودر کاکائو یا شکلات 

رنده شده بریزید و در جا نوش جان کنید.
