Tuna Rice paper wraps

These tuna rolls takes 15 minutes to make. If I make them in my parties, they are first things to go and disappear. I am sure your family members and friends would love it even most picky ones would love it.

I love flexible recipes and this tuna rice paper wraps is one of those. You might make a vegetarian wraps with fresh herbs and vegetables such as lettuce, carrot, mint, spring onions, coriander, onions, avacado, cucumber, ……along with peanut butter sauce or a mixture of meat such as chicken/fish/ shrimps with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Rice papers
  • 1 can tuna in oil or water, drained
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • A bunch of fresh coriander,
  • 1tbsp Vinegar
  • A bowl of warm water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Honey

Method

So first of all drain the tuna and crumble it. Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix all together. Place a large plate of warm water for dipping the rice paper in it.

Now dip one rice paper into the warm water, and leave for 30-40 seconds to soften then transfer it on a kitchen cloth to take extra water from rice paper.

Place some of tuna fish on paper, top it with slices of onion and some coriander leaves. Add a little soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce . Roll up into a roll.

Make other rolls too. Once all are ready. Cut rolls into two pieces. Place them in a platter. Sprinkle some sweet chilli sauce and sesame seeds on the rolls and serve with the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce for dipping.

رول ماهی تن با کاغذ برنجی

کاغذ برنجی ورقه های نازکی هستند که از برنج درست مینش و در کشورهای خاور دور مثل ژاپن چینویتنام و تایلند غذاهای لذیذی درست میکنن

دیروز رول ماهی تن با کاغذ برنجی درست کردم که در عرض ۱۵۱۰ دقیقه خیلی راحت و سریع می تونید درست کنید. اگر برای مهمانی هاتون هم درست کنید قول میدم اولین غذایی که از میزتون غیب بشه همین رولها خواهند بود. حتی سختگیر ترین افراد هم این رول ها رو دوست داشتن. چون خودم این‌ها رو تجربه کردم برای همین اینقدر با اطمینان میگم که همه این رول ها رو دوست خواهند داشت و تعریف میکنن.

رول ماهی تن از اون غذاهاست که خیلی انعطاف پذیره یعنی می تونید هم برای افراد گیاهخوار درستش کنید بدون استفاده از گوشت و فقط با انواع سبزیجات و میوه‌های تازه و یا با استفاده از گوشت مرغ – میگو ماهی تن همراه با سس درست کنید.

مواد لازم

یک کنسرو ماهی تن

تعدادی ورقه کاغذ برنجی

یک عدد پیاز درشت خلالی خرد شده

یک دسته گشنیز تازه

یک ق غ سرکه

یک‌کاسه آبگرم

نمک و فلفل

سس سویا

سس چیلی شیرین

دانه کنجد

طرز تهیه

اول روغن یا آب موجود در کنسرو ماهی تن را گرفته و ماهی را با چنگال خرد کنید. سرکه – نمک و فلفل

به ماهی افزوده و با هم مخلوط کنید.

یک ظرف حاوی آب گرم را کنار دستتان بگذارید تا کاغذ برنجی را داخل آن قرار دهید. حالا همه ی مواد مورد نیاز برای رول کردن را کنار دستتون قرار دهید. یکی ازورقه های برنجی را داخل آبگرم قرار دهید تا برای 40-30 ثانیه داخل آب مانده و نرم شود. بعد از آب در آورده و روی یک دستمال نخی بگذارید تا رطوبتش گرفته شود. حالا مقداری از ماهی تن را روی ورقه برنجی پخش کنید ( مطابق تصویر). بعد چند تا خلال پیاز و برگ گشنیز را روی ماهی بگذارید و بعد کمی سویا سس و چیلی سس شیرین روی مواد بزنید.

حالا ورق برنجی را رول کنید و چون ورقه ها خیس هستند در آخر رول کردن خیلی راحت چسبیده میشن.

وقتی تمام ورق ها را به همین ترتیب پر کردید. با کارد به دو نیمشان کنید.

آن‌ها را داخل ظرف مورد نظربچینید و روی آن‌ها دانه کنجد – سس چیلی شیرین و کمی عسل پخش کنید و زمان سرو سویا سس و سس چیلی شیرین کنارش بگذارید و هر لقمه را با یک سس امتحان کنید. به‌قدری خوشمزه هستند که بعد از لقمه ی اول نمی تونید جلو خودتون رو بگیرید و تا تمومشون نکنید دست از سر ظرف غذا بر نخواهید داشت.
