Onion ring پیاز حلقه ای

Onion rings as a starter is one of tastiest choices. If you never tried onion rings, make them with this recipe. They are nicely crispy and taste so good.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium onion, peeled and cut into rings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • 1 cup of sparkling water , or milk or cold water
  • 2 cups either Panko bread crumbs or bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Peanut oil or vegetable oil

Method.

Heat up the oil in a saucepan. Put the plain flour and corn flour in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the sparkling water into the flour until lump free. Drop the onion rings in the batter and then. Toss them in the panko flour until coated. Allow to set for 20 minutes.

Once the oil is hot enough, add handful of onion rings and fry them until they are golden brown (3-4 minutes).

Sprinkle some salt on them and serve the crispy onion rings with your favourite sauce, such as ketchup. mayonnaise or sweet chilli sauce.

پیاز حلقه ای

پیاز حلقه ای و سوخاری شده یک پیش غذای خوشمزه و در عین حال ساده هست که در کشورهای اروپایی و آمریکا خیلی محبوب می باشد. پیاز سوخاری شامل پیاز حلقه شده است که در خمیر غوطه ور میشه و در آخر با آرد سوخاری پوشانده میشه و در روغن سرخ میکنن.

 

مواد لازم

دو عدد پیاز متوسط پوست گرفته و حلقه حلقه برش داده شده

یک پیمانه آرد

یک چهارم پیمانه نشاسته ذرت

یک پیمانه آب گازداریا شیر و یا آب سرد

یکی دو پیمانه آرد سوخاری پانکو ( یک نوع آرد سوخاری با تکه‌های درشت

روغن مایع برای سرخ کردن

نمک و فلفل برای طعم دادن

طرز تهیه

روغن را داخل یک قابلمه گود داغ کنید. داخل یک‌کاسه آرد را با نشاسته ذرت و نمک و فلفل مخلوط کنید. آب گاز دار را به آرد افزوده و خوب هم بزنید تا یک مایه تقریبن شل مانند درست کنید. حلقه های پیاز را داخل مایه غوطه ور کنید و با استفاده از انگشتتان یا یک چنگال پیازهارا کاملن به مایه آغشته کنید و بعد حلقه ها را داخل ظرفی که آرد سوخاری هست قرار داده و دبا آرد سوخاری بپوشانید.

هر بار 4-5 حلقه پیاز را داخل روغن داغ شده ریخته و بگذارید خوب سرخ شده و طلایی شوند ( 4-3 دقیقه).

وقتی سرخ شدند از قابلمه خارج کرده و روی دستمال کاغذی آشپزی قرار دهید تا روغن اضافی آن گرفته شود. کمی نمک به پیازها بزنید و  با سس مایونزکچاپ یا سس چیلی شیرین سرو کنید.
