Almond Cookies شیرینی بادامی

ُThis is a quick and easy recipe for creating tasty and light almond cookies.

Ingredients

  • 30g almond meal
  • 100g plain flour
  • 60g butter
  • 50g white sugar
  • ½ egg, beaten
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 whole egg for coating
  • almond flakes

Method

Bring the butter to room temperature. Place it in a mixer bowl and whisk it until you have a creamy butter. Add the sugar and whip them until mixed well and lightens in colour. Keep stirring and, add small amount of beaten egg at a time. Then add vanilla extract and keep mixing.

Sieve  the plain flour, almond meal and salt into the bowl and combine the mixture until you have a soft dough.

Now put the dough in a plastic bag and flatten the dough with hand. Allow the dough set in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.

After an hour, cut off the both sides  of the plastic bag and peel of it as you see in the photos. Coat the cutter with flour and cut cookies. Place them on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Brush the cookies with beaten egg. Place almond flakes top of each cookie. Place the baking tray into the preheated oven at 160C degree and bake for 10-11 minutes until light golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

یک دستور تهیه آسان و فوری برای شیرینی بادامی 

مواد لازم

صد گرم آرد سفید

سی گرم آرد بادام شیرین

شصت گرم کره

پنچاه گرم شکر

یک دوم تخم مرغ

نصف ق غ عصاره وانیل

یک هشتم ق چ نمک

برای رومال شیرینی

یک عدد تخم مرغ همزده

مقداری بادام ورقه شده

طرز تهیه

کره را به دمای اتاق رسانده و داخل یک‌کاسه با همزن برقی هم بزنید تا حالت کرمی مانند شود. شکر را روی کره ریخته و همچنان همبزنید تا رنگ مایه روشن شود. همجنان که هم می‌زنید ½ تخم مرغ همزده را کم کم به مایه اضافه کرده و در انتها عصاره وانیل را بیفزاییو

آرد سفید و آرد بادام و نمک را الک کرده و به مایه بالا اضافه کرده و با یک قاشق چوبی همه مواد را با هم خوب ترکیب کنید تا یک خمیر نرم داشته باشید.خمیر آماده شده را داخل یک پلاستیک ریخته و با دست خمیر را صاف کنید و برای یک ساعت داخل فریزر گذاشته تا خمیر خود را بگیرد.

داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی پوشانده و کنار بگذارید.

بعد از یکساعت سمت راست و چپ پلاستیک حاوی خمیر را با قیچی بریده و پلاستیک را مطابق تصویر کنار بزنید. کاتر بیسکویت را آردی کرده و خمیر را برش دهیدو داخل سینی فربچینید.روی بیسکویت ها را با برس آشپزی از تخم مرغ همزده بزنید و دو سه بادام ورقه‌ای روی هر بیسکویت قرار دهید.

سینی را درون فری که با 160 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کرده‌اید برای ی11-10 دقیقه قرار دهید. وقتی روی شیرینی‌هاکمی طلایی شد یعنی پخته اند. اجازه دهید شیرینی‌ها خنک شوند و بعد درون ظرف مورد نظرتان بچینید.
