Cloud Eggs تخم مرغ ابری

If you are tired of ordinary egg dishes, come and try my sumptuous egg dish: Cloud Eggs!!

Cloud Eggs or ( Eggs in the Cloud, Eggs in the Snow, Egg Nest….) is a delicious and classy dish for breakfast or as t hamburger topping. It is just gorgeous and looks like a piece of cloud with a little sunshine lady in the centre of a cloud!

Cooking Cloud Eggs does not need any oil.

I noticed lots of photos about Cloud Eggs on social media. So, I decided to share my own version.

Basically, for making Cloud Eggs you need to separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and whip the whites until they form soft peaks.

Cloud Eggs look like a modern form of egg dish but it seems that they were invented in 17th Century in France. Perhaps someone tried to make a meringue but failed and turned it into Cloud Eggs. I am kidding 😀😀 !!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1tbsp finely chopped chives or spring onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

Preheat the oven to 230C degree. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Crack the eggs and Separate egg whites from egg yolks. keep each egg yolk in a separate bowl. Using an electric mixer. Beat eggs until stiff peaks. Then add salt and pepper. Now, beat the egg whites with a spoon.

Place whipped egg whites in a cloud shape on the baking sheet. Gently make a well in the centre of each cloud, where the egg yolks will go later.

Place the baking sheet into the oven, allow to cook for 5 minutes..After 5 minutes, pull out the baking sheet and add egg yolk to the centre of each cloud. Return to the oven and allow to cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve it immediately on a toast bread.

تخم مرغ ابری

اگر از خوردن املت عادی خسته شدید چرا این تخم مرغ ابری رو امتحان نمیکنید. تخم مرغ ابری که به نامهای دیگری مثل تخم مرغ در ابر- تخم مرغ در برف  -ولانه تخم مرغ  هم معروف هست یکی دیگه از غذاهای خوشمزه – و شیک هست که یا برای صبحانه یا برای روی همبرگر پخته میشه. شکل این غذای تخم مرغی بسیار زیباست و شبیه توده ابری هست که در وسطش خورشید خانم قرار داره 

پخت تخم مرغ ابری نیاز به روغن نداره و در فر تهیه میشه و این روزها در سایتهای اجتماعی   خیلی ازاین غذای تخم مرغی اسم برده میشه. برای درست کردن این غذا نیاز به جدا کردن سفیده از زرده تخم مرغ هست و اینکه بعدش اینقدر سفیده ها رو بزنید که 🤣🤣کف کنن 

با اینکه بنظر میرسه تخم مرغ ابری یک غذایی هست که به تازگی کشف و یا اختراع شده ولی در‌واقع تخم مرغ ابری در قرن 17 م. یعنی 400 سال پیش در فرانسه بدنیا آمده  فکر کنم آشپزها میخواستن مرنگ درست کنن ولی در طی مراحل کار خطایی کردن و این تخم مرغ ابری اختراع شده 

خلاصه اینکه در یک جایی میخوندم اگر دنبال تخم مرغ آبپز یا املت هستید باید بدونید که دیگه قدیمی شده و تخم مرغ ابری جای اونهارو گرفته و خیلی طرفدار داره.

مواد لازم

چهار عدد تخم مرغ

یک ق غ تره یا پیازچه خرد شده

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 230 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید. داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی پوشانده و کنار بگذارید.

تخم مرغ ها راشکسته و سفیده ها را در یک‌کاسه ریخته وهر کدام از زرده ها را هم دانه دانه در ظرف جدا قرار دهید.

با همزن برقی سفیده ها را آنقدرررررررررر بزنید تا پف کرده و سفت شوند و حالا نمک و فلفل را اضافه کنیدو با یک قاشق مواد را با هم مخلوط کنید. دربعضی از ریسیپی ها پنیر رنده شده و سبزی خرد شده هم در این مرحله به سفیده ها اضافه میکنند.

سفیده های ابری را داخل سینی فر مطابق تصاویر بریزید و به آرامی یک حفره در وسط هر یک از آن‌ها درست کنید. سینی را داخل فر از قبل گرم شده قرار دهید تا برای 6-5 دقیقه بپزند. سپس سینی را از فر خارج کرده و هر یک از زرده ها داخل آن حفره‌ای که درست کرده بودید بریزید. سینی را داخل فر برگردانید تا برای 3 دقیقه دیگر بپزند . بفرمایید تخم مرغ ابری شیک و خوشمزه حاضر است و تا قبل از سرد شدن فورن باید سرو شود.
