Bread Bowl نان کاسه ای

However you can serve your salad in a plate or a bowl, but If you are looking for different and exciting way to serve salad or dry dishes, these tortilla or Lavash naan bowls are perfect. I have bought small baked tortilla bowls from local markets, but you can make gorgeous crunchy huge bowl with different methods at home.

It’s crazy easy, fun and enjoyable to make your home made bread bowls. You may either use deep fried method or baking in the oven and create huge bowls.

You can use large bowls for making huge bread bowls or use muffin tin and make smaller size bowls. I will demonstrate different methods for making  home made tortilla bread bowls.

Ingredients

  • Lavash or Tortilla bread
  • Oil
  • Bowl
  • Muffin tin

How to make it?????

Preheat the oven to 200C degree.

Take a bowl and put it upside down. Cover the bowl with a piece of foil.

Pop the bread in the microwave for 10 seconds until it is soft and flexible. Or if you have not access to the microwave, simply place the bread in a pan and heat per side for few seconds. Once it comes up, use cooking spray and spray on both sides of the bread. Or Brush both sides of the bread.Place the bread on the bowl and gently press the bread .

Fold and crimp the edges of the bread with your fingers. ( as you see in the photos).

Pop the bowl in the oven and cook it for 7-8 minutes and sometimes 10 minutes (ovens are different) and once it is golden brown and crispy. it’s done.

For making small bread bowls, Turn muffin tin upside down and grease the muffin tin. Use veggie oil and brush both sides of the bread. Put the bread on top of one cup, squeeze round and crimp edges.

Another method is: Brush oil per side of the bread. Place the bread between 4 muffin cups as you see in the photo. Squeeze down into the spaces.

That’s it 😊They look so gorgeous and inviting bread bowl, do not they??

Andddddd, feel free to fill them with taco salad, nachos any dry dish or cooked rice or ,….

نان کاسه ای

اگرچه میشه سالاد رو در بشقاب یا کاسه و پیاله سرو کرد اما اگر دنبال یک روش متفاوت هستید که هم بشه کاسه سالاد رو هم خود سالاد رو با هم خورد این نان‌های کاسه ای ایده فوق‌العاده زیبایی هستند که هم میز یا سفره غذاتون رو زیبا‌تر میکنه و هم برای بچه‌های کوچک خیلی هیجان انگیز خواهد بود. برای درست کردن این کاسه های خوردنی ترد و خوشمزه میشه از نون لواش خودمون یا از نون تورتیا استفاده کرد.

اگر بدونید که چقدر آسون میشه این نونها رو درست کرد . روش‌های مختلفی برای این کار هست مثل سرخ کردن و یا در فر پختن.

البته میشه نونهای کاسه ای کوچک رو از سوپرمارکتها خریداری کرد ولی اگر دوست دارید که پیاله های بزرگ داشته باشید به راحتی می تونید فقط با چند نان لواش یا تورتیا – یک‌کاسه یا قالب مافین در منزل درست کنید.

من سه روش مختلف برای درست کردن نان کاسه ای بزرگ و کوچک معرفی میکنم. حتمن درست کنید و افراد خانواده رو سورپرایز کنید.

مواد لازم

نان تورتیا یا نان لواش

روغن مایع

کاسه

قالب کیک مافین

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

یک‌کاسه یا پیاله را سرو ته کنید و رویش را با یک ورقه فویل آلومینیوم بپوشانید. نان را برای 10 ثانیه داخل مایکروویو قرار دهید تا نرم و انعطاف پذیر گردد. اگر مایکروویو ندارید خیلی راحت داخل یک تابه را گرم کنید و نان را چند ثانیه در تابه گرم نمایید. سپس پشت و روی نان را با اسپری یا با برس آشپزی روغنی کنید.

حالا نان را روی کاسه گذاشته و مطابق تصویرنان را به آرامی و با دست دور کاسه فشار داده و لبه های نان را تا کنید تا شکل دارشود.

کاسه را داخل فر بگذارید تا برای 8-7 دقیقه (در بعضی از فرها تا 10 دقیقه) پخته شوند. وقتی نان‌ها طلایی شدند از فر خارج کنید.

برای درست کردن نان کاسه ای کوچک قالب مافین را پشت و رو کنیدو رویش را چرب نمایید. نان را به صورت یک دایره کوچک برش داده و روی قالب مافین بگذارید و مثل روش بالا با دست نان را فشار دهید تا شکل بگیرد.

در روش سوم قالب ماقین را پشت ورو کنیدو مطابق تصویر یک نان را روی چهار قالب مافین بگذارید و با انگشت نان را به طرف پایین فشار دهید تا نان فضای بین قالبها را بگیرد.

با این سه روش می‌توانید نان‌های کاسه ای زیبایی را در عرض 10 دقیقه درست کنید و برای سرو سالاد – ناچوس مکزیکی – کته یا غذای خشک استفاده نمایید.
