Geode Chocolate Eggs ژئودهای شکلاتی

Taking inspiration from Geode rocks, you can create beautiful chocolate eggs which are filled with rock candies that look like gem stones. I am just amazed how gorgeous they are. These gorgeous geode eggs are wonderful idea for Nowruz and also for Easter. 

Ingredients

  • 300g dark or white chocolate /candy melts
  • chocolate egg mould
  • Rock candy, any colour

How to make it??????

Break rock candies into pieces and set aside. 

Melt the chocolate in the bain marie.(hot water bath) and Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into the egg moulds.Swirl it around so that melted chocolate starts to move around and cover the inside of the mould. Make sure melted chocolate meets the edges of the egg mould.

Pop the moulds into the fridge for 15 minutes and allow to set. You will have to repeat the process for second time. Wait for another 15 minutes for the second chocolate layer to set.

Then gently ease the mould away from the chocolate eggs. Use a sharp cutter and clean the chocolate egg edges.

To get my beautiful gems ( rock candies) to stick, I used icing sugar🥣. So, mix together icing sugar and some water. Add few drops of food colouring and mix well.

Put a thin layer of coloured icing sugar inside the each egg and fill each egg with pieces of rock candies. Transfer the eggs into the fridge until set. (about 20-30 minutes).

در عید پاک به دهها روش گوناگون شکلات هایی به شکل تخم مرغ درست میکنن. شکلات تخم مرغی تو خالی. تو پر با اسمارتیز یا شکلاتهای دیگه. این هم یک روش شیک و زییای دیگری هست که میشه با اون تخم مرغ های شکلاتی رو تزیین کرد.

ژئود بلورها و کریستالهایی هستند که در حفره های درونی سنگها تشکیل میشن. با الهام از ژئود یا پوک سنگ‌های کریستالی می تونید تخم مرغ هایی شکلاتی درست کنید که داخلش با آب نبات های رنگی پر شده و مثل یک تکه جواهر گرانقیمت و رنگارنگ دیده میشه. من خودم که هر وقت این تخم مرغهای زیبا و چشمگیر رو درست میکنم از دیدنشون سیر نمیشم.

مزه ی شکلات و آب نبات با هم طعم این شکلات ها رو چندین برابر خوشمزه تر میکنند.

مواد لازم

شکلات سیاه یا سفید به مقدار نیاز

قالب تخم مرغی شکل

آب نبات رنگی

طرز تهیه

آب نباتها را خرد کرده و کنار بگذارید.

شکلات ها را به روش بن ماری ذوب کنید: یعنی داخل یک قابلمه مقداری آب را بجوش اورید و شکلات ها را داخل یک پیاله ریخته و داخل قابلمه حاوی آبجوش قرار دهید تا شکلاتها به آرامی ذوب شوند به این روش بن ماری یا حمام آبگرم گفته میشود.

حالا داخل قالب‌های تخم مرغی مقداری شکلات ذوب شده ریخته و قالب را به آرامی بچرخانید تا شکلات آب شده تمام سطح قالب را بپوشاند. پس از پرکردن همه قالبها. آنهارابرای ۱۵ دقیقه داخل یخچال قرار دهید تاخشک شوند. سپس برای بار دوم قالبها را با شکلات ذوب شده پوشانده و باز برای ۱۵ دقیقه دیگر در یخچال بگذارد تا شکلاتها خشک شوند.

حالا قالبها را از یخچال خارج کنید و بعد از ۵ دقیقه با فشار آرامی روی قالبها می‌توانید شکلاتهای تخم مرغی شکل را از قالب خارج کنید.

مرحله هیجان انگیز حالا شروع میشود: برای چسباندن آب نباتها یا جواهرهای رنگی به داخل تخم مرغ باید از شکر قنادی استفاده کرد. مقداری آیسینگ شوگریا شکر قنادی را با کمی آب مخلوط کنید و بعد چند قطره رنگ مجاز خوراکی را به آن افزوده و هم بزنید تا رنگی یک‌دست درست شود.

حالاداخل هر یک از تخم مرغ ها را یک لایه نازک از آیسنیگ شوگر بزنید و آب نباتهای خرد شده را داخل تخم مرغ ها بچسبانید.

وقتی تمام تخم مرغها به همین ترتیب تزیین شدند. آنهارا دوباره برای 30-20 دقیقه داخل یخچال بگذارید تا محکم شوند.

و حالا لحظه زیبای رونمایی از این تخم مرغ های جواهر نشان میرسد. مطمئنم این تخم مرغهای ژئودی هم برای کودکان و هم برای افراد بزرگ سال جذاب خواهد بود.
