Coloured Potato Balls Salad سالادتوپک سیب زمینی رنگی

Potato salad سالاد سیب زمینی is one of the simplest dishes but very tasty. It is made from boiled potatoes with tens of other ingredients. Potato salad is an ideal dish for parties or as a light meal for lunch or dinner.

This salad is served cold. As I mentioned above, variety of ingredients can be added to this salad, such as chicken, tuna, sausages, herbs and vegetables. It is so easy, quick and low priced dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken thigh/breast, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs, boiled and grated
  • 2 carrots, cooked and finely grated
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and grated
  • 2 pickled cucumbers, grated
  • 2 medium beetroots, cooked and finely shredded
  • 1 large fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 large lemon/lime juice
  • 4tbsp mayonnaise sauce
  • 3tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

First of all, add shredded chicken meat, chopped onion, grated eggs, potatoes and pickled cucumbers into a large bowl and combine together.

In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise sauce, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Once the sauce is ready, add it to the potato mixture and gently mix together.

Now, in 3 separated plated add finely shredded cooked carrots, beetroots and finely chopped dill.

Shape potato mixture into small balls and roll it in grated carrot, beetroot or dill to coat and tuck in 😎😎

سالاد توپک سیبب زمینی رنگی

سالاد سیب زمینی یکی از ساده‌ترین و در عین حال خوشمزه ترین غذاها محسوب شده و از مخلوط کردن سیب زمینی آبپز با انواع گوناگون مواد تهیه میشه. سالاد سیب زمینی یک ایده ی مناسب برای مهمانی‌ها و دورهمی های خانوادگی و دوستانه و یا یک ناهار یا شام سبک هست.

این سالاد رو همانطور که در بالا اشاره کردم با مواد مختلفی درست میکنن از گوشت مرغ – سوسیسماهی تن تا انواع سبزیجات

سالاد سیب زمینی خیلی آسان – خیلی سریع و با هزینه بسیار کم درست میشه و تقریبن مواد مورد نیاز این سالاد را در هر آشپزخانه ای پیدا نمود..

مواد لازم

یک عدد ران یا سینه مرغ ریش ریش شده

یک عدد پیاز نگینی خرد شده

چهار عدد تخم مرغ آبپز

دو عدد هویج آبپزو ریزرنده شده

دو عدد سیب زمینی درشت پخته و رنده شده

دو عدد خیارشور رنده شده

دو عدد لبو/چغندر آبپز و ریز رنده شده

یک دسته شوید خیلی ریز خرد شده

یک عدد لیمو ترش

چهار ق غ سس مایونز

سه ق غ ماست

دو ق غ روغن زیتون یا هر روغن مایع

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگ گوشت مرغ ریش شدهپیاز نگینی خرد شدهتخم مرغ – سیب زمینی و خیارشور رنده شده را ریخته و با هم مخلوط کنید.

داخل یک پیاله سس مایونز را با ماستلیمو ترشروغن زیتوننمک و فلفل هم زده و سس آماده شده را روی مخلوط سیب زمینی ریخته و به آرامی همه مواد را با هم مخلوط نمایید.

در این مرحله هویج و لبوی رنده شده و شوید خرد شده را داخل سه ظرف جداگانه بریزید. حالا سالاد سیب زمینی را مطابق تصویر به صورت توپک های متوسط و یا کوچک شکل داده و هر توپک را داخل هویج یا لبو یا شوید غلطانده و سطح آن را بپوشانید.
