Coloured Fried Eggs نیمرو رنگی

You can use food colouring or natural dyes like beetroot /red cabbage make a lovely red or purple colour, carrot make a beautiful orange colour, spinach makes green and make surprise your friends and family members with this gorgeous and colourful fried eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp beetroot or red cabbage juice
  • few drops lemon juice
  • butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

Crack the eggs and put each egg yolks and egg whites in separate bowls or glasses. Add 1tsp cabbage juice to each egg white and beat it. And now egg whites changes into the beautiful purple colour.

Then add few drops lemon juice to one of the purple eggs and beat it. You will observe, purple colour changes into the brighter colour.

Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the purple egg in one side and pour brighter colour to the other side. Once the eggs set, add egg yolk, cover the pan and let to cook for 1 minute.

نیمرو رنگی

بعد از نیمرو سیاه رنگ حالا نوبت نیمرو رنگی هست. شما می تونید نیمرو رنگی رو با استفاده از رنگ سبزیجات و میوه‌هایی مثل کلم قرمزلبو/چغندرهویج – اسفناجزعفرانو یا بااستفاده از رنگهای مجاز خوراکی تهیه کنید و نیمروهای خودتون رو از حالت روزمرگی خارج کنید و رنگ و طعم جدیدی بهش بدید

مواد لازم

دو عدد تخم مرغ

دو ق غ آب کلم قرمز یا لبو

چند قطره لیمو ترش

دو ق غ کره

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

تخم مرغ ها را شکسته و هر سفیده و زرده را دانه دانه در ظرف های جداگانه بریزید. حالا از آب کلم قرمز به هر یک سفیده ها افزوده و هم بزنید. رنگ سفیدها خیلی سریع عوض شده و به صورت بنفش پررنگ در میاید. حالا چند قطره لیمو ترش هم به یکی ازاین سفیده های بنفش شده افزوده و هم بزنید. نتیجه تغییر رنگ بنفش تیره به ارغوانی خواهد بود.

داخل تابه کره را آب کرده و در یک طرف تابه تخم مرغ بنفش و در طرف دیگر تخم مرغ ارغوانی را بریزید تا روی حرارت ملایم کمی پخته شود.

و در آخر زرده ها را روی بخش رنگی بگذارید تا آن‌ها هم برای 2-1 دقیقه پخته شوند.
