Frozen fried egg نیمرو با تخم مرغ یخ زده

Helloooooooo,  guess how many eggs I used to make these sunny side up eggs??

No you are wrong, it is not 5 or 6 eggs, it is just 1 egg!!!!

Hooray, is it not exciting?? Maybe I am a witch😎😎, who knows 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Ingredients

  • egg
  • butter or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

Freeze the egg. Then put it under warm running water for few seconds, and then peel the skin off.

Use a sharp knife and cut the frozen egg into slices.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Voila your 5-6 sunny side up eggs are ready.

سلام دوستان – اگر حدس زدید از چند تا تخم مرغ برای درست کردن این نیمروها استفاده کردم؟؟ نه کاملن حدستون اشتباه هست😀😀 من ۶ یا ۵ تخم مرغ استفاده نکردم فقط با یه دونه تخم مرغ این همه نیمرو درست کردم .

خیلی هیجان انگیزه هست نه؟؟ شاید من جادوگرم !! کی میدونه 

مواد لازم

تخم مرغ

کره یا روغن زیتون

نمک و فلفل

طرز تهیه

تخم مرغ یا تخم مرغ ها را داخل فریزربگذارید تا یخ ببندد. سپس آن را از فریز خارج کرده و زیر آب گرم شیرفقط برای چند ثانیه نگه دارید یا داخل یک پیاله آبگرم بگذارید تا بتوانید پوست تخم مرغ را جدا کنید. دقت کنید اگر زیاد زیر آب گرم بماند تخم مرغ از حالت یخ زده خارج شده و نمیتوان از آن به روشی که ذکر خواهم کرد استفاده نمود.

تخم مرغ را با یک کارد تیز به چند حلقه نازک برش دهید. کره یا روغن را در تابه گرم کنید . و تخم مرغ های حلقه شده را داخل تابه چیدهنمک و فلفل مناسب اضافه نموده و آنهارا بپزید.

بفرماییدددددددددد ببینید چقدر نیمرو درست کردید.

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
