Olive Omelette املت زیتونی

 

If you are bored with regular omelette, you can give gorgeous colour with tasty flavour to the eggs.For making coloured fried eggs, you can use, cuttlefish ink, black olives or black beans. I love olives so I prefer with that.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 4tbsp black olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

Crack the eggs and separate egg whites and yolks. Add egg whites to the black olives. Season with pepper. Use a blender and purée it. Then, whisk it.

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour the eggs into the pan and swirl and shake the pan, so it covers the surface. Once the eggs set, add egg yolks one at a time, without breaking the yolks. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until desired.

Here it is, golden and tender yolks. Transfer it to a plate and season with pepper if desired and serve it immediately.

نیمرو زیتونی

نمیدونم نیمرو سیاه رنگ رو امتحان کردید یا نه؟ از چند نظر متفاوته. اول بخاطر رنگ سیاهش. دوم اینکه طعم این املت سیاه با توجه به موادی که برای سیاه کردنش بکار میره هم متفاوته. حالا شاید بپرسید این املت چه‌جوری سیاه میشه. می تونید مثل من از زیتون سیاه یا ماش سیاه استفاده کنید و یا از رنگ‌های مجاز خوراکی بکار ببرید.

مواد لازم

سه عدد تخم مرغ

چهار ق غ زیتون سیاه بدون هسته

دو ق غ کره

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

تخم مرغ ها را شکسته و سفیدهارا داخل یک ظرف و زرده ها را هم دانه دانه داخل ظروف جداگانه قرار دهید. سفیدها را با زیتون سیاه داخل غذا ساز ریخته و نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم افزوده و به صورت پوره در آورید و با چنگال آن را هم بزنید. کره را داخل تابه ذوب کنید و مخلوط زیتون را داخل تابه بریزید. تابه را بگردانید تا همه ی مایه در تابه پخش شود.

وقتی نیمرو خود را گرفت زرده ها را دانه دانه در سطح املت قرار داده و در تابه را بگذارید تا زرده ها هم پخته شوند.
