Macaroni Salad سالاد ماکارونی

One of my favourite salad is macaroni salad. It is just delicious and comfort and easy salad.

You may make this salad with meat or meat free. But if you wish to use meat, any kind of grilled meat,, chicken or sausage and ham goes well with macaroni salad.

Ingredients

  • 200g ham
  • 400g pasta
  • 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 pickled cucumber, finely chopped
  • ½ bell pepper, chopped
  • 3tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

How to make it?????

Add water, 1tbsp vegetable oil and some salt in a large pot. Bring the water to a boil and add cook the pasta according to packet instructions (usually 10-12 minutes). Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool.

 

Mix Mayo -mustard, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.

 

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, parsley, pickled cucumber, ham and prepared sauce to the cooked pasta. Stir to combine. Let to sit for 30 minutes. You may keep the salad in the fridge up to 3– 4 days.

 

سالاد ماکارونی

سالاد ماکارونی یک نوع سالاد آمریکایی هست که معمولن در تابستان برای پیک نیک درست میکنن و یا کنار کبابها ( بارباکیو) از این سالاد هم سرو میشه. سالاد ماکارونی تقریبن با هر غذایی جور در میاد و درواقع یک سالاد خوشمزهبسیار آسان و راحت هست که میشه از هر نوع گوشت سفید یا قرمزسوسیس و یا کالباس به همراه باقی مواد لازم در این نوع سالاد استفاده کرد.

این سالاد رو اگر شب قبل درست کنید و بگذارید در یخچال بمونه برای روز بعد طعم مواد کاملن بخورد هم میره و خوشمزه تر میشه ولی به این معنا نیست که اگر الان درست کنید نمی تونید اون رو استفاده کنید.

مواد لازم

چهار صد گرم ماکارونی

دویست گرم سوسیس یا کالباس خرد شده

یک و یک دوم پیمانه سس مایونز

یک سوم پیمانه پیاز قرمز نگینی خرد شده

یک چهارم پیمانه جعفری خرد شده

سه عدد خیارشور خرد شده

نصف فلفل دلمه خرد شده

یک ق غ سس خردل

دو ق غ آبلیموی تازه

سه ق غ روغن زیتون یا هر روغن مایع دیگر

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

داخل یک قابلمه مقداری مناسبی آب همراه با یک ق غ روغن مایع و کمی نمک ریخته و بجوش آورید. اضافه کردن نمک و روغن به آب هم باعث می‌شود ماکارونی ها هنگام پخت بهم نچسبند و هم طعم ماکارونی بهتر میشود. ماکارونی را داخل قابلمه ریخته و مطابق دستور تهیه در بسته ماکارونی آنهارا بپزید که معمولن۱۲۱۰ دقیقه طول میکشد.

بعد از پخت ماکارونی – آن را داخل آبکش ریخته و زیر شیر آب سردبگیرید و سپس آن را کنار بگذارید تا کاملن خنک شود.

در این مرحله سس سالاد را حاضر میکنیم: داخل یک پیاله سس مایونز را با سس خردلروغن – آبلیمونمک و فلفل مخلوط کنید.

و بالاخرهپیازفلفل دلمهجعفریخیارشور و کالباس خرد شده را همراه با سس روی ماکارونی سرد شده بریزید و همه مواد را با هم مخلوط کنید. سالاد حاضر شده را برای ۳۰ دقیقه کنار بگذارید تا طعم مواد بخورد هم برود.

این سالاد را میتوان برای سه – چهار روز در یخچال نگه داری کرد.

 Macaroni Salad

    I substituted the ham with canned white tuna as I don’t eat pork.
