Peanuts Pasta With Feta Cheese پاستای بادام زمینی با پنیر فتا

This is a comfort and tasty pasta dish for anyone who is pasta lover :). It is just a simple recipe as a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

    • 400g pasta (I have used mixture of Penne and Rotini pasta)
    • 200g Feta cheese
    • 3tbsp roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
    • 1 large onion, finely diced
    • 2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    • handful freshly chopped parsley
    • salt- pepper to taste
    • olive oil

How to make it?????

in a pot add water,  some salt, and  1 vegetable stock cube. The  vegetable stock gives more flavour to the pasta. Bring the water to a boil Add some oil and pasta. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions (usually 10-12 minutes).

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.

Then add roasted peanuts, chopped garlic, and season with salt and  pepper. Fry for 2 minutes and set aside.

Once pasta is cooked, add cooked pasta and 2 tbsp of water of pasta that cooked in, to the onion-peanut mixture and mix together. Then add Feta cheese cubes and chopped parsley to the pasta and toss together with pasta. Pasta is ready. Serve it warm.

پاستای بادام زمینی با پنیرفتا

یک غذای خیلی راحت و خوشمزه برای کسانی که عاشق پاستا هستن. فقط میتونم بگم از این راحت‌تر و سریع‌تر نمیشه یک ناهار یا شام خوشمزه درست کرد.

مواد لازم

چهارصد گرم پاستا من از مخلوط پاستای پنه و روتینی استفاده کردم

دویست گرم پنیر فتا یا پنیر تبریزی

چهار ق غ بادام زمینی بوداده و درشت خرد شده

یک عدد پیاز درشت ریز خرد شده

دو حبه سیر خرد شده – اگر سیر دوست دارید می تونید یک سیر دیگر هم اضافه کنید

دو ق غ جعفری خرد شده

]نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

روغن زیتون

طرز تهیه

داخل یک قابلمه مقداری آب –  نمک  و یک عدد عصاره سبزیجات بریزید.  با اضافه کردن این عصاره طعم پاستا خوشمزه تر میشود.

آب را بجوش آورید – کمی روغن اضافه کرده و پاستارا داخل قابلمه ریخته و مطابق دستورنوشته شده در بسته پاستا آن را بپزید که معمولن 10-12 دقیقه طول میکشد.

تا آماده شدن پاستا – کمی روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز خرد شده را تفت دهید تا نرم شود. سپس بادام زمینی – و سیر خرد شده  و نمک و فلفل را روی پیاز ریخته و برای یکی دو دقیقه تفت داده و تابه را از روی حرارت بردارید.

وقتی پاستا پخت و آماده شده آن را داخل تابه ای که پیاز تفت داده هست ریخته و دو ق غ از آبی که پاستا در آن پخته را هم به پیاز اضافه کرده و مواد را هم بزنید. سپس پنیر و جعفری خرد شده را هم افزوده و به آرامی همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط کرده و سرو کنید.

من شخصن پاستا را با نان کره ای یا نانی که رویش سس پستو هست دوست دارم چون خیلی با پاستا مزه میدهد.
