Bowl Shaped Kebab کباب کاسه ای

Sometimes when I am talking about bowl shaped kebab کباب کاسه ای, my friends assume, it is a bowl  filled with kebab, but actually it is opposite and it is a bowl shaped kebab that you can fill it with rice, cooked vegetables, salad, mashed potatoes, salsa,….

In one of my previous posts, I shared other bowl shaped kebab, and this is other version. Believe me guys, these kebabs are so delicious, so good and hope you try and let me know what you think about it or even share your photos on my wordpress page. I would be glad to see them.

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumb
  • 1tsp sumac
  • 1tsp oregano,
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin,
  • salt to taste

How to make it?????

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 200C degree.

Grate the onion and squeeze to get rid of onion water. In a large bowl, add meat, grated onion, bread crumb and all above mentioned spices. Mix all ingredients with hand until well combined.

Take a portion of meat (as big as an orange). Give it a ball shape. Put your thumb finger in the middle of meat ball and make a big hole, until you have a bowl shaped meat.

Once all bowls are ready. Spray some vegetable oil on the parchment lined tray and place bowl shaped meat on the tray. Spray some oil on them.

Place the tray in the oven and let to cook for 15-20 minutes. It’s done. These kebabs incredibly are delicious.

کباب کاسه ای

منظورم از کباب کاسه ای این نیست که یک‌کاسه ی پر از کباب بلکه کاملن برعکسه 😁😁 منظورمه خود کباب هست که کاسه شکله .

این کباب که امروز معرفی میکنم طعم عالییییییییییییی داره . یعنی تا امتحان نکنید شایدبگید چیز خاصی نیست ولی واقعن خوشمزه هست. هم ظاهر متفاوتی داره هم طعم فوق العاده.

مواد لازم

پانصد گرم گوشت چرخ کرده

یک عدد پیاز

یک عدد تخم مرغ

یک پیمانه آرد سوخاری

یک ق چ سماق

یک ق چ پودر اورگانو

نصف ق چ فلفل کاین

نصف ق چ زیره

نمک به میزان لازم

روغن مایع

طرز تهیه

داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی بپوشانید. فر را روی حرارت 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

پیاز را رنده کرده و آب آن را دور بریزید. داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگ : گوشتپیاز رنده شدهتخم مرغآرد سوخاریتمام ادویه هارا با هم مخلوط کرده و گوشت را خوب ورز دهید.

یک مقدار از گوشت ( به اندازه یک پرتقال) را برداشته و به صورت کوفته در آورید. انگشت شست خود را وسط کوفته گذاشته و یک حفره درست کنید و این حفره را بزرگ و بزرگ‌تر کنید تا کوفته به شکل یک پیاله کوچک در آید.

وقتی تمام گوشت ها را به این ترتیب آماده کردید آن‌ها را داخل سینی فر از قبل آماده شده بچینید. روی آن‌ها کمی روغن اسپری کنید تا چرب شوند.

سینی را داخل فر گذاشته تا برای 20-15 دقیقه پخته و آماده شوند.

می‌توانید داخل کباب کاسه ای را با کته – با سیب زمینی کوبیدهسیب زمینی آبپزسالادسبزیجات پر کرده و سرو نمایید.
