My Cheese Tree پنیر درختی

Hellooooooooooo everyone. Yesterday I had a gathering with my friends and I made this cheese tree. It is very convenient to make and  was- is – will be 😁😁 a nice treat for party or any gathering. Everyone  will enjoy it.

Because I am a great cheese lover, I used a combination of different cheeses. For giving a beautiful green summery look, I used chopped fresh herbs. But you can use chopped nuts such as pistachio, walnuts, almonds or dried fruits such as figs, prunes, apricot.

Or for more flavour you can add grated garlic or onion to the cheese mixture.  Or you can add some jam or marmalade  to the cheese mixture and give a sweetness to the cheese tree. I love all those flavours. So, as you see there are lots and lots of options to make a delicious and beautiful cheese tree or mountainy cheese😎😎 .

Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200g Mozzarella, grated
  • 120g goat cheese
  • 120g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100g Feta cheese, crumble
  • Fresh herbs such as: coriander, dill
  • bell pepper, cut into tiny pieces

How to make it?????

Put together all cheeses in a bowl. Mix all together. Put it in the fridge, and let it to chill and get firm for 1/30-2 hours.

After 2 hours take it out of fridge and make it into a tree shape or cone shape. Stick the herbs to the cheese and add tiny pieces of bell pepper too.

پنیر درختی

سلام به همه دوستان. دیروز یک دورهمی داشتم و این کوه پنیر رو درست کرده بودم. راحت راحت میشه درستش کرد. دیروز که مهمونهای من هم از مزه و هم از شکل ظاهری مخلوط پنیر خیلی خوششون اومده بود.

گفتم مخلوط پنیر چون این درخت پنیری از ترکیب چندین پنیر درست شده. در فهرست زیر لیست پنیر هایی که من بکار بردم رو خواهید دید ولی می تونید از پنیرهایی غیر از آنچه که من گفتم هم استفاده کنید.

برای دادن ظاهر سبز و تابستونی به پنیرمون من از سبزیجات تازه و خرد شده مثل گشنیز و شوید استفاده کردم ولی باز هم تنوع زیادی هست و می تونید بجای سبزی مثلن از انواع آجیل های خرد شده مثل گردوبادامپستهفندق یا تخمه ها استفاده کنید.می تونید پیاز یا سیر رنده شده به مخلوط پنیر اضافه کنید.می تونید مربای مورد علاقه اتون را به مخلوط پنیر اضافه و بعد بهش شکل بدید.

حتی میشه از میوه‌های خشک مثل انجیر – قیسیآلو .و ….. هم استفاده کنید.

خلاصه می‌بینید که خیلی چیزهای خوشمزه رو می تونید با پنیر مخلوط کنید تاطعم دارتر بشه.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم پنیر خامه ای

دویست گرم پنیر مازارلارنده شده

صدو بیست گرم پنیر بز

صدوبیست گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

صد گرم پنیر تبریزی یا فتا چیز

مقداری فلفل دلمه خیلی ریز خرد شده

مقداری سبزی خرد شده

طرز تهیه

همه ی پنیرهارا داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگ ریخته و با هم مخلوط کنید تا به صورت یک‌دست در آید. پنیر مخلوط شده را برای 2-1/30 ساعت در یخچال نگه دارید تا خودش را گرفته و محکم شود.

بعد از دو ساعت پنیر را از یخچال خارج کرده و با دست خیلی به راحتی شکل قیف مانند یا مخروطی به پنیر بدهید : خیلی راحت می‌توانید این کار را انجام دهید یعنی کل پنیر را در دست گرفته و به آسانی آن را شکل دهید.

روی پنیر را با سبزیجات خرد شده پرکنید و از فلفل دلمه های خرد شده هم روی پنیر بگذارید.

این پنیر خوشمزه و خوش ظاهر را می‌توانید با بیسکویت – روغن زیتوننان – … سرو کنید

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
