Frozen Yogurt Bar ماست یخ زده

I just need to say some words about this tasty snack. For making yogurt bar, I mean frozen yogurt bar, you need yogurt, which might be plain or flavoured yogurts, also you would need nuts, and it is not necessary to use same nuts that I used in my following recipe, so it could be walnuts, almonds, pistachio, hazelnuts.

For adding extra sweetness you can add honey to frozen fruits. So as you see, this recipe is pretty flexible.

Ingredients

  • 375ml yogurt
  • 1 cup dried figs, apricots or date
  • 2 cups oat
  • 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1cup frozen berries or other frozen fruits
  • ¼ cup nuts such as: walnuts, almond, pistachio, hazelnuts,
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder

How to make it?????

Add dried figs to the food processor and make a kinda smooth paste. Then add walnuts, peanut butter and oats and blend them until all ingredients combined well.

Transfer it to a parchment lined baking tray and use your hand or a potato masher and press the mixture down.

Then pour on top the plain or flavoured yogurt and spread it out all over the mixture. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the yogurt and top it with blended frozen fruits. If you like you can add some honey to the fruits too.

Now pop it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, remove it from the freezer and cut it into the small or large pieces.

You can store them in freezer for anytime you like to have tasty snack.

ماست یخ زده

ماست یخ زده خیلی مورد توجه هست و میشه به روشهای مختلف دسرها و اسنک های خوشمزه و خوشرنگی با اون درست

کرد. این سومین روشی که برای تهیه یک اسنک خوشمزه با ماست یخ زده به اشتراک گذاشتم.

من از انجیر خوشم میاد و به مواد اولیه این دسر اضافه کردم ولی شما می تونید از خرما یا آلو یا قیسی خشک هم استفاده کنید. که شیرینی ملایمی به این دسر میده

فقط قبل از طرز تهیه لازم هست چند نکته رو بگم. برای تهیه ی ماست یخ زده ی امروز خوب باید از ماست استفاده بشه. من از ماست ساده و بدون طعم استفاده کردم ولی اگر دوست داشتید می تونید ماست طعم دار هم بکار ببرید.

نکته بعدی این هست که از هر آجیل یا تخمه که دوست دارید می تونید استفاده کنید و نیازی نیست که حتمن از آجیلی که من بکاربردم استفاده بشه مثلن می تونید از تخمه آفتابگردونپستهبادام یا فندق استفاده کنید/

برای شیرین کردن این دسر من فقط به شیرینی انجیر خشکی که گفتم اکتفا کردم ولی اگر میخواهید شیرین‌تر بشه می تونید مقداری عسل یا شکر قهوه ای به میوه‌های یخ زده اتون اضافه کنید.

مواد لازم

سیصدوهفتادوپنج میلی لیتر ماست

یک پیمانه انجیر خشک یا خرما و یا قیسی

دو پیمانه پرک جو دوسر

یک پیمانه کره بادام زمینی یا کره بادام

یک پیمانه میوه یخ زده

یک چهارم پیمانه آجیل مثل گردوپسته – بادامفندق

یک ق چ پودر دارچین

طرز تهیه

انجیر ها را داخل غذاساز ریخته و خوب به صورت خمیر در آورید. سپس گردوکره بادام زمینی و پرک جو دوسر را هم افزوده و همه ی مواد را با هم در غذا ساز مخلوط کنید تا به صورت یک خمیر یکدستی در آید.

داخل یک قالب شیرینی پزی را با کاغذ آشپزی پوشانده و مخلوط جو دوسر را داخل سینی ریخته و کاملن در سطح ظرف پخش کنید و با پشت قاشق یا گوشت کوب مخلوط را به سمت پایین فشار دهید تا کاملن به صورت یک‌دست و محکم در سطح ظرف پخش شود.

روی خمیر ماست را ریخته و کاملن سطح خمیر را با ماست بپوشانید. مقداری دارچین روی ماست بپاشید. میوه‌های یخ زده را جداگانه در غذا ساز به صورت پوره در آورده و روی ماست پخش کنید.

سینی را داخل فریزر قرار داده تا به مدت ۳۲ ساعت بماند و محکم شود . سپس از فریزر خارج کرده و به قطعات مربع یا مستطیل برش دهید.

می‌توانید این قطعه‌ها را در فریزر نگه داشته و هر زمانی که خواستید استفاده کنید.
