Keto Garlic Bread with Almond Flour

This is a keto bread. A garlic bread نان سیر in different way. It’s made with almond flour, cheese and garlic. Obviously it is garlic bread, but if you don’t like garlic taste, just skip it. Oh something else, when I baked and served this bread, no one could recognise it was almond flour bread 😁😁 Yayyyyyyy.

It’s exactly like a real bread, however there is nothing wrong with almond flour.

This bread as you see in the photos have a beautiful golden edges with silky texture and you eat it non-stop.

For top of bread, I used green onions but you can use coriander, dill, parsley or what ever herbs you wish instead.

Super easy to prepare and just less than 30 minutes it is ready to eat.

This bread would be a tasty treat for party time.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion

How to make it??????

Preheat the oven to 200C degree. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Now, In a bowl, add grated mozzarella, cream cheese, some salt, almond flour, baking powder and garlic powder.

Microwave in high for 40 second. Until cheese melted. Add egg and combine all together. Now you have a medium runny batter (I mean it is soft not look like a dough).

With a spatula, spread the batter on the tray. You can give a round or square shape to the batter.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add grated garlic, chopped green onion and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Mix together. Pour the mixture over top of the dough.

Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes , until beautiful golden.

نان کتو سیر با آرد بادام

اول از همه باید بگم این نان برای کسانی که از رژیم کتوژنیک پیروی میکنن این نان فوق‌العاده هست ولی به این معنی نیست که افراد بدون این رژیم نمیتونن از این نون خوشمزه استفاده کنن. حیف نیست از این نون بی بهره بشیم.

خوب این نون همونطور که از اسمش پیداست نان سیر دار هست ولی اگر از طعم سیر خوشتون نمیاد خیلی راحت از مواد اولیه حذف کنید و هنوز هم یک نون خیلی خوشمزه خواهید داشت.

امروز وقتی این نون رو درست کردم هیچ‌کس متوجه نشد که با آرد بادام درست شده و فکر کردن با آرد معمولی هست. همونطور که در عکس‌های زیر ملاحظه خواهید کرد لبه های نون خیلی ترد و طلایی هست ولی بافت خود نون مثل پنبه نرم و ابریشمی میشه.

برای روی نان هم من از قسمت سبز پیازچه استفاده کردم ولی میتونید بنا به ذائقه خودتون از شویدگشنیز – جعفری یا هر سبزی که دوست دارید استفاده کنید.درست کردن نان سیر با آرد بادام فوق‌العاده – با زهم فوق‌العاده آسونه و در کمتر از نیم ساعت نون در سفره شما خواهد بود.

مواد لازم

نصف پیمانه آرد بادام

یک پیمانه پنیر رنده شده مازارلا

دو ق غ پنیر خامه ای

یک ق غ پودر سیر

یک ق چ بیکینگ پودر

کمی نمک

یک عدد تخم مرغ

یک ق غ کره

یک حبه سیر رنده شده

یک ق غ پنیر پارمزان

یک ق غ سبزی خرد شده

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید. داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی بپوشانید.

داخل یک‌کاسه – پنیر مازارالاپنیر خامه ایکمی نمکآرد بادامبیکینگ پودر( اضافه کردن بیکینگ پودر باعث می‌شود نان پف کند) و پودر سیر را بریزید. کاسه را داخل مایکروویو گذاشته و در بالاترین درجه برای ی40 ثانیه قرار دهید تا پنیر آب شود.

بعد تخم مرغ را به مواد داخل کاسه افزوده و همه ی مواد را با هم هم بزنید تا مخلوط شوند.حالا می‌بینید که یک خمیر شل و تقریبن روانی دارید ولی نگران نباشید چون باید دقیقن همین‌جور باشد.

خمیر را روی سینی فر بریزید و با یک قاشق سیلیکون یا قاشق چوبی پهن کنید و شکل گرد یا چهار گوش دهید.

در مرحله آخر کره را داخل تابه آب کنید. سیر رنده شده – سبزی خرد شده و یک ق غ پنیر پارمزان را به کره افزوده و 15-10 ثانیه همزده و بعد روی خمیر نان ریخته و پخش کنیدی.

خمیر را داخل فر قرار داده تا به مدت 20-15 دقیقه بپزد. چون فر ها با هم تفاوت دارند نان من در 15 دقیقه پخت.
