Heavenly Chocolate Fridge Cake کیک یخچالی

In the summer time, forget the oven. I’s much better to switch it off and make some desserts like this delicious chocolate fridge cake instead. It’s fun to make a delicious, easy and giant chocolate bar for the kids and those adults who like to ‘indulge’..

It is brilliant idea for a family and friendly gathering. The easiest cake that you can make with chocolate chunks, nuts, fruits, dried fruits, cereal, marshmallows, Crunchies, meringue, smarties, popcorn, and any other scrummy additions you can think of.

In less than 30 minutes it will be ready and then, just chill.

Delicious Choclate Fridge Cake

  • 200 g milk chocolate, melted
  • 125 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 100 g Digestive biscuit
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 9 Crunchies bar or Caramel bar
  • 2 tbsp double cream (optional)
  1. Line a tin with cling film.



  2. In a bowl, add melted chocolate, butter and golden syrup. Mix together.



  3. Blender digestive biscuit into fine crumbs.



  4. Now, stir in chocolate mixture into the biscuit.



  5. Place some of Crunchies into the base of the tin,



  6. then pour over some of chocolate mixture and press down.



  7. Top it with other caramel bars



  8. and pour over chocolate mixture.



  9. Put the tin into the freezer for 1-2 hours. Remove from the freezer 30
    minutes before serving.



  10. This step is optional, but if you like you can heat the 2 tbsp double cream with some Crunchies and scatter over the cake.



کیک یخچالی

سلام دوستان- بعضی وقتا بهتره تو فصل تابستون و گرما از اجاق فاصله گرفت و فراموشش کرد وچیزایی درست کرد که نیازی به پخت و پز نداره. مثلن کیک یخچالی درست کرد. این کیک ایده ی فوق‌العاده‌ای هست برای دورهمی های فامیلی و دوستانه.

کیک یخچالی از دسرهایی هست که نه تنها بین بچه‌ها بلکه بین بزرگ‌تر هم خیلی طرفدار داره چون خیلیییی خوشمزه هست – بسیار آسون تهیه میشه واینکه میشه با هر چیز خوشمزه ای که در آشپزخونه دارید این کیک رو درست کنید وقتی میگم هر چی شاید باور نکنیدولی این کیک شکلاتی بزرگ – خوشمزه و آسون رو میتونید با انواع شکلات بار- انواع آجیل- میوه تازه و خشک- مارشمالو- مرنگ- اسمارتیز- ذرت بوداده و خیلی خیلی چیزای دیگه که فعلن یادم نمیاد درست کرد.

نکته خوب دیگه ی در مورد کیک یخچالی این هست که در کمتر از 20 دقیقه می تونید اون رو تهیه کنید و2-1 ساعت در فریزر بگذارید که خودش رو بگیره.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم شکلات قهوه ای یا شیری سفید– آب شده

صد گرم کره بدون نمک – آب شده

صدوبیست و پنج گرم بیسکویت دیجستیو

سه ق غ شیره طلایی =گلدن سیروپ

نه عدد انواع شکلات بارمغزدار یا نانی

دو ق غ خامه که اختیاری هست

طرز تهیه

داخل قالب کیک مورد نظرتان را با نایلون بپوشانید. من از دو قالب کوچک استفاده کردم. داخل یک‌کاسه شکلات و کره آب شده را با شیره طلایی مخلوط کنید. بیسکویت دیجستیو را یا با گوشت کوب یا با بلندر به صورد پودر در آورید. مخلوط شکلات را روی بیسکویت پودر شده ریخته و مواد را با هم مخلوط کنید.

چند تا از شکلات بارهارا مطابق تصویر ته قالب آماده شده بچینید و روی آن مقداری از مایه شکلاتی را بریزید و بعد باقی شکلات بارهارو مجددن چیده و مابقی مایه شکلات را روی آن بریزید.

قالب را داخل فریزر قرار دهید تا به مدت 2-1 ساعت مانده و سفت شود.

اگر دوست داشتید می‌توانید دو ق غ خامه را با مقداری از شکلات بارهای مغزدار یا نانی روی حرارت بگذارید تا کمی آب شوند و زمان سرو روی کیک بریزید.

کیک یخچالی را نیم ساعت قبل از سرو کردن از فریزر خارج کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
