Dried Tomato Naan Bread

In my family, bread and cheese are two things that we can not live without them 😎😎 . I love to bake different types of flat naan breads.

Few days ago I made oven sun dried tomatoes and then I told myself now it is time for dried tomato naan bread and I baked this beautiful naan bread. Final result was delicious and my family members enjoyed very much.

Dried Tomato Naan Bread

  • 200 g self raising flour
  • 100 g sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or any vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1½ tsp dried herbs such as: basil, dill, oregano, chives
  • Salt-pepper to taste
  1. Blend sun dried tomatoes and make tomato paste.



  2. In a bowl with flour, dried herbs, salt and pepper, add tomato paste, water and oil.



  3. Combine all ingredients until you have a nice and non stick dough. If dough was a
    little sticky, do not worry, just grease your hand with oil and carry on kneading the dough for 1-2 minutes. Set aside the dough for 10 minutes.



  4. After 10 minutes, place the dough into a pan. Flatten the dough with your hand. No need
    to any special tool or technique. Simply flatten the dough in the pan.



  5. Let to cook 5-6 minutes each side.



نان گوجه‌فرنگی

در خانواده ی من نان و پنیر چیزهایی هستن که خیلی دوست داریم و نمیتونیم بدون اینا سر کنیم

برای همین همیشه نان با رسیپی های متفاوت همیشه درست میکنم که همه ی افراد خانواده و دوستانم ازش لذت میبرن. یکی از نون هایی که به تازگی یاد گرفتم و خیلییییییییی آسونه – یعنی با چشم بسته هم میشه درستش کرد نان گوجه‌فرنگی خشک شده هست.

حالا چرا این نون رو درست کردم برای اینکه هفته ی گذشته مقدار خیلی زیادی گوجه‌فرنگی داشتم و با اونها گوچه خشک شده درست کردم که جاتون خالی خیلی مزه دار و عالی شده بود. یک مقدار از گوچه های خشک رو در بطری نگه داشتم و با بقیه‌اش این نون گوجه‌فرنگی رو درست کردم. این نون هم مثل نون قبلی یعنی نان کاری -گشنیز در کمتراز 30 دقیقه آماده شده و نیازی به بیکینگ پودر و یا خمیرمایه نداره. هیچ تکنیک و وسیله خاصی هم نیاز نیست. اینقدر آسون و سریع حاضر میشه که خودتون حتمن تعجب خواهید کرد.

مواد لازم

دویست گرم آرد سلف رایزینگ : آردی هست که همه مواد لازم برای پف کردن داخلش هست

صد گرم گوجه‌فرنگی خشک شده

دو ق غ روغن زیتون

یک سوم پیمانه آب

یک و یک دوم ق مرباخوری سبزی خشک مثل ریحان- اورگانو- شوید یا تره

نمک و فلقل به میزان نیاز

اول از همه گوجه‌فرنگی خشک شده را داخل مخلوط کن ریخته و به صورت پوره در میاوریم. سپس داخل یک‌کاسه آرد – سبزی خشک- نمک و فلفل – پوره گوجه‌فرنگی – آب و روغن را ریخته و با دست همه مواد را باهم مخلوط میکنیم و خمیر را 2-1 دقیقه ورز می‌دهیم تا به صورت یک خمیر یک‌دست در آید. احتمال دارد که خمیر کمی بدست بچسبد ولی نگران نشوید فقط کمی دستتان را روغنی کرده و به ورز دادن ادامه دهید . خمیرقرمز کمرنگی فورن به صورت یک‌دست در خواهد آمد.

خمیر را برای ده دقیقه کنار بگذارید تا استراحت کند. بعد از ده دقیقه خمیر را داخل یک تابه خشک بگذارید و با دست خمیر را داخل تابه پهن و با کنید. کمی روغن روی خمیر اسپری کنید . بعد از 6-5 دقیقه خمیر را پشت و رو کنیدو کمی روغن هم روی این سمت زده و بگذارید 5 دقیقه بپزد.

بفرمایید نان گوجه‌فرنگی خشک شده آماده هست. با دست نان را به تکه‌های مختلف خرد کنید و با سوپ یا سبزی و نان و پنیر نوش جان کنید

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
