Rice Sandwich ساندویچ برنج

What you can make with leftover rice????????????? Good question right 😎😎

Earlier, I have shared another post for making new delicious meals with leftover rice. In following recipe, you can make a yuuuuuuumy rice sandwich, or rice parcel.

Well, last night we had green bean rice for dinner. For green bean rice click here I had some leftover from last night and I made a new dish with it.. just With a little trick I made wonderful dish.

The main point about this recipe is you can made this sandwich with any leftover dish, with stew, with rice, omelette, salad. Try it and let me know what do you think.

Rice Sandwich

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tortilla or Lavash bread
  • Leftover rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Crack two eggs in a flat large plate (as size as a tortilla bread) and season with salt and pepper.



  2. Next, soak the tortilla in the egg mixture and allow to absorb the egg mixture.



  3. Heat the oil in a flat pan, and place the tortilla bread in the pan and fry until golden and
    bubbly. Flip over and let to fry other side of bread too.



  4. Now you have a gorgeous golden, soft and tasty fried naan bread. Take it out from the pan. Spread some of left over rice on the fried bread and fold it.



  5. Voila our delicious rice sandwich is ready. Combination of rice with fried eggy bread is yum.



ساندویچ برنج

حتمن شما هم مثل من یکی از دغدغه های فکریتون برای برنج از شب قبل مونده این هست که با این برنج مونده چی کار کنم؟ من در یکی از پست های قبلم طرز تهیه سه نوع غذای تازه با برنج مونده را به اشتراک گذاشته بودم. دیشب ما  لوبیا پلو داشتیم جای همگی دوستان سبز

مقداری از لوبیا پلو باقی موند و امروز باهاش ساندویچ برنج درست کردم. یعنی با یک ترفند کوچولوی خوشمزه یک ساندویچ محشر درست کردم که عالییییییی شد.

نکته ی مهم در مورد این ساندویچ این هست که میشه با هر غذای بجا مونده از شب قبل این ساندویچ رو درست کرد: با کته خورشاملتسالاد . مواد لازم برای تهیه اش هم کم هست و به راحتی درآشپزخونه هر منزلی پیدا میشه. خیلی آسون و سریع میشه این ساندویچ خوشمزه رو درست کرد. خوب حتمن حالا کنجکاو شدید که چطوری میشه این ساندویچ خوشمزه رو درست کرد.؟؟

مواد لازم

دو عدد تخم مرغ

برنج مونده از شب قبل

دو عدد نان تورتیلا یا نان لواش

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

روغن زیتون یا هر روغن گیاهی

طرز تهیه

تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک بشقاب پهن می شکنیم و نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز اضافه کرده و تخم مرغ ها را هم میزنیم ( اندازه بشقاب حتمن باید به اندازه بزرگی یک نان تورتیلا باشه )..

در مرحله بعدی نان‌های تورتیلا را مطابق تصاویر داخل مایه تخم مرغ قرار داده تا برای 10 دقیقه مانده و تخم مرغ را به خود جذب کنند.

روغن را در یک تابه پهن گرم می کنیم. نان را داخل تابه می‌گذاریم تا سرخ شود . همانطور که در تصاویر می‌بینید نان شروع به سرخ شدن و پف کردن میکند. نان را پشت و رو کرده تا سمت دیگر آن هم سرخ شود.

سپس نان را داخل بشقاب قرار داده و مقداری از برنج را روی نان پخش کرده و بعد نان را مطابق تصاویر می پیچیم. ساندویچ های آماده شده را از وسط نصف کرده و همراه با سالاد یا ترشی سرو میکنیم.
