Garlic-Cheese Bread

Garlic bread is very inviting, and delicious side dish bread. That’s why I have shared numbers of different garlic or cheese-garlic bread recipes. With the following recipe you can change a simple loaf bread into a yummy, rich and flavourful bread.

Garlic-cheese bread

  • One loaf of bread
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 cup mayonnaise sauce
  • 3 crushed garlic
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C degree.

    In a large bowl add all ingredients. Use your hand and mix well all ingredients. Slice the bread but not all the way through.



  2. Now it is time for fun part. Stuff among the bread slices with cheese-garlic mixture.
    Then wrap up stuffed bread in aluminium foil. Bake it for 20 minutes. It is ready to go with spaghetti, soup, or any other side dishes.



نان سیرپنیری

نان سیر یکی از نان‌های اشتها برانگیز و خوشمزه هست که به عنوان پیش غذا یا همراه تقرین هر غذا فوق‌العاده هست.این نان خوشمزه رو میشه به روشهای متفاوت و زیادی تهیه کرد برای همین من هم طرزتهیه چندین نان سیرمتفات رودر پست های قبلم به اشتراک گذاشتم که اگر امتحان کنید حتم طرفدار و عاشق نان سیر خواهید شد.

امروز هم یک روش متفاوت دیگه معرفی میکنم که باعث میشه یک نان ساده تبدیل به یک نان فوق‌العاده خوشمزه و خوش طعم بشه.

مواد لازم

یک قرص نان

دویست پنچاه گرم کره نرم

یک پیمانه سس مایونز

سه حبه سیر له شده (می توانید تا شش حبه سیر هم اضافه کنید)

نصف پیمانه گشنیز خرد شده

یک چهارم پیمانه تره یا پیازچه خرد شده

دو ق غ عسل

دو ق غ آبلیمو ترش

یک پیمانه پنیر پارمزان رنده شده

یک پیمانه پنیر مازارلارنده شده

یک پیمانه پنیر چداررنده شده

یک ق چ فلفل خشک

یک ق چ نمک

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

اول از هر چیز یک نان باگت یا هر یک قرص نان را از نانوایی خریداری کنید. نان را مطابق تصاویر تا نصفه حلقه حلقه برش دهید بطوریکه حلقه های نان هنوز بهم متصل باشند.

داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگ تمام مواد لازم را ریخته و با دست مواد را با هم خوب ورز دهیدتا مخلوط شوند. حالا نوبت بخش خوشمزه و بامزه میشود: بین حلقه های نان را با مخلوط پنیر سیر پر کنید بطوریکه تما م لایه‌های نان پر ازمخلوط پنیر شود.

نان را با کاغذ آلومینیوم بپوشانید.

نان را داخل فر قرار داده تا به مدت 20 دقیقه پخته و پنیرها آب شوند.

بفرماییدنان سیر پنیری آماده هست و همراه با یک‌کاسه سوپ و یا همراه اسپاگتی و یا بخودی خود فوق‌العاده خوشمزه هست. مخلوط طعم پنیرهای مختلف با عسل و سیر خیلی فوق‌العاده هست.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
