Egg Pizza Toast

A quick and delicious pizza without dough for a lazy or busy day. ‘Simply yummy. So, if you are bored with toast bread, this recipe can make you happy.

Egg Pizza Toast

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g Mozarella or Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 slices of toast bread
  • Small bunch of chives or spring onions
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Ham or sausages, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C degree.

    Crack the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese, chopped chives, onions, bell pepper and ham to the beaten eggs. Mix all together well.



  2. Line a baking tray with a parchment paper. Arrange the bread on the baking
    tray.



  3. Add prepared mixture on the bread and spread evenly. Bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

پیتزا با نان تست

یک پیتزای فوری فوتی و خوشمزه بدون نیاز به خمیر پیتزا . اگر از خوردن نان تست حوصله اتون سر رفته خیلی راجت میشه با این طرز تهیه یک پیتزای خوشمزه و سریع درست کنید – مخصوصن برای روزهایی که سرتون خیلی شلوغ هست و وقت زیاد برای درست کردن غذا ندارید یابر عکس وقتی که اصلن حوصله غذا درست کردن ندارید و احساس تنبلی میکنید. پس حتمن این پیتزارو درست کنید..

مواد لازم

شش عدد تخم مرغ

دویست پنجاه رم پنیر مازارلا یا پنیر چدار رنده شده

شش عدد نان تست

یک دسته کوچک تره یا پیازچه خرد شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه قرمز نگینی خردشده

یک عدد پیاز نگینی خرد شده

سوسیس یا کالباس

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم می کنیم.

تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک‌کاسه ریخته و با نمک و فلفل هم می زنیم.سپس پنیر رنده شده تره و پیاز خرد شده فلفل دلمه و کالباس را به تخم مرغ همزده افزوده و همه ی مواد را با همدیگر مخلوط میکنیم.

داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی می پوشانیم. نان‌های تست را داخل سینی مطابق تصویر می چینیم. مایه آماده شده را روی سطح نان‌ها پخش کرده بطوریکه تمام سطح نان را بپوشاند.

سینی را داخل فر قرار داده تا پیتزا به مدت 25-20 دقیقه پخته شود.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.     1. Thanks Bushara. I have not used bacon in this recipe, however you can choose your favourite meat like any kind of sausages, ham, chicken or shredded beef / lamb. And if you are vegetarian, you can skip the meat 🌷🌷
