Stuffed Mashed Potatoes سیب زمینی کوبیده شکم پر

You can call it stuffed mashed potatoes, potato sandwich or potato pancake but if you are potato lover, this might be easy and quick meal to make and enjoy. You can use leftover mashed potatoes or use freshly boiled potatoes.

Stuffed Mashed Potatoes

  • 750 g boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp dried mint or rosemary
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Ingredients for filling

  • 200 g ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  1. Boil and cook potatoes in salted water. Let them cool and then,Peel off and mash them. Add turmeric, bread crumbs, egg and season with
    salt and pepper to taste.



  2. Mix all ingredients well until you have a dough like. Grease your hand and take a piece of potato dough,



  3. and make it a square sahpe (like toast bread).



  4. Put one-two slices of cooked ham and cheese slices on the potato



  5. and place other potato dough on top.



  6. Use your finger and seal the corners. and make it a square sahpe (like toast bread).



  7. Cook them in a frying pan until are golden in both sides.



سیب زمینی شکم پر

نمیدونم اسم این غذای ساده رو چی باید گذاشت : ساندویچ سیب زمینیسیب زمینی کوبیده شکم پریا پنکیک سیب زمینی

هر چی دوست دارید اسمش رو میتونید بگذارید ولی غذای خوشمزه و سریعی هست که برای سیب زمینی دوستان عالیه.

مواد لازم

هفتصدوپنجاه گرم سیب زمینی آبپز و کوبیده شده

صد گرم آرد سوخاری

یک عدد تخم مرغ

کمی زردچوبه

نصف ق چ نعنا خشک یا رزماری

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

روغن زیتون

مواد لازم میانی

دویست گرم کالباس

چهار تکه پنیر ورقه‌ای

طرز تهیه

سیب زمینی ها را داخل آب نمک دار آبپز می کنیم. سیب زمینی های پخته شده را بگذارید سرد شوند و سپس کوبیده و له می کنیم. اگر سیب زمینی های آبپز شده را بلافاصله بعد از پخت بکوبیم نتیجه سیب زمینی چسبنده ای خواهد شد که بدرد نمیخورد.

. زردچوبه نعنا/رزماری نمک و فلفل– – تخم مرغ و آرد نان سوخاری را به سیب زمینی کوبیده شده افزوده و با دست همه ی مواد را مخلوط میکنیم تا به صورت خمیر ی یک‌دست در آید. . خمیر آماده شده را به صورت چهار تکه در آورده و مطابق تصاویر تا حد امکان به صورت مربع یا چهار گوش شکل می دهیم. داخل یکی از خمیر ها دو ورقه کالباس و دو ورقه پنیر قرار داده و خمیر دوم را روی آن قرار داده و گوشه‌های آن را با انگشت فشار می‌دهیم تا بسته شده و کاملن به شکل مربع در می آوریم.

زمانیکه همه ی سیب زمینی های پر شده آماده شدند داخل تابه مقداری روغن مایع ریخته و سیب زمینی را داخل تابه چیده  و روی حرارت متوسط قرار میدهیم تا هر دو روی آن سرخ شده و پینر داخل سیب زمینی هم آب شود..

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.   1. Rozina, this is another good-looking dish from your kitchen. I was listening to a novel on CD yesterday in which the main character has moved to the US and is having trouble adjusting to American food. She very much misses Persian food. Have you read “The Stationery Shop,” by Marjan Kamali? You might enjoy the book. I liked it very much.

    1. Thanks a lot for your nice comment Janet. No i have not read ‘ The Stationery Shop’, I will read it for sure. Thanks for letting me know about it. I think it is always difficult to adjust yourself with any changes in your life, specially when you move to another country with different culture, cuisine, language,… It is big challange. Some poeple get use to those changes and new things and some never can adjust themselves. It is really difficult.
