Potted Cheese

Potted cheese پاتد چیز is an English spread cheese. It is rich and delicious spread. Basically it is made of cheese with butter . Served with naan bread, crusty bread, crackers and on sandwich.

Potted Cheese

  • 350 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • ½ tsp mustard sauce
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  1. In a big bowl add all ingredients and mix together until smooth. Store tightly in an airtight jar or container . You can store it in the fridge for two weeks.

پاتد چیز

پاتد چیز یک نوع پنیر مخلوط انگلیسی هست که به عنوان پیش غذا یا اسنک استفاده میشود.طرز تهیه پاتد چیز بسیار آسان هست وبه صورت سنتی از ترکیب پنیر با کره  و مایونز درست شده و داخل کوزه نگه داری میشود.

دستور تهیه های گوناگونی  برای این نوع پنیر موجود هست. در بعضی از دستور ها موادمختلفی مثل بیکن و پیاز خرد شده هم به پنیر افزوده میشود.

این نوع پنیر را میتوان با نان تست شده بیسکویت و نان ساندویج استفاده کرد.

مواد لازم

سیصدوپنجاه گرم پنیر چدار رنده شده

هفتادوپنج گرم کره

یک ق غ سس مایونز

نصف ق چ سس خردل

فلفل کاین به میزان لازم

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگ تمام مواد لازم را ریخته و با هم خوب مخلوط میکنیم تا به صورت خمیر مانند نرم و یکدستی در آید. پنیر آماده شده را داخل ظرف در دار قرار داده و میتوان به مدت دو هفته در یخچال نگه داری نمود.

Iranian cuisine is a combination of rice with meat ( chicken, beef, lamb, fish, turkey), nuts, fruits, dried and fresh herbs and vegetables. Iranian food is a celebration of flavor, colour and spices such as: saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, dried rose petals, dried limes, cumin, .... I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them. All my recipes and pictures are property of rozinaspersiankitchen. I would be pleased if you would mention my site if you wish to use any of them.
