Let’s Make Flavoured Butter at Home

I have shared a recipe for how to make butter at home. Click here to get the recipe. This post is about flavoured butter. You can be creative and use ingredients for creating delicious butters at home. It is super easy to make flavoured butter with different flavours. For example what I have used are:

– Spiced butter with sumac, smoked paprika,

– Herbed butter with whatever herbs you like,

– Honey/Jam butter with orange zest, or with cinnamon,

– Butter with veggies like garlic butter, caramelized onion butter, …

.

Add these flavoured butter to rice and pilaf, soup, to red meat, chicken, fish, or make omelette, sandwich, or a cuppa tea with a honey butter…..and give a richness to your food.

Flavoured butters will keep in the freezer for about 2 months and in the fridge for a week.

Let's Make Flavoured Butter at Home

  • 8 tbsp butter, room temperature, as<br />it would be easier to work and mix soft butter
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Handful freshly chopped herbs such as: dill,<br />basil, spring onions, mint, sage,<br />taragon,<br />rosemary, oregano
  1. In a bowl, with room temperature butter, add rest of ingredients. Using a fork and mix all ingredients together until cream the butter.



  2. Make sure the mixture is well blended. Pour the mixture on a piece of parchment paper.



  3. Roll it like a sausage. Place it in the freezer for 2 hours, to firm.



  4. and then take your butter out of freezer and cut it into rings.



بیایید کره طعم دار در منزل درست کنیم

من قبلن در یکی از پست های قبلم طرز تهیه کره در منزل رو به اشتراک گذاشتم.  اینجا کیلیک کنید به طرز تهیه دسترس خواهید داشت.

پست امروز در مورد کره طعم دار یا مزه دار هست. با کمی خلاقیت میشه انواع کره‌های مزه دار را در منزل و به آسانی درست کرد.

طرز تهیه ی این کره‌ها بسیار آسان هست . به عنوان مثال از موادی که من استفاده کردم برای طعم دار کردن کره میتونم به مواد زیر اشاره کنم:

کره ادویه دار مثل کره با سماق یا کره با پاپریکای دودی

کره سبزی دار با هر سبزی که دوست دارید

کره عسلی با مخلوطی از پوست پرتقال یا با دارچین

کره با طعم سیر یا با پیاز سرخ شده

از تمام از کره‌های طعم دار میشه استفاده کرد و طعم بیشتری به پلو و کته سوپغذاهای گوشتی – کبابمرغماهیداد. میشه با این کره‌های طعم دار املت یا ساندویج درست کرد یا میشه با یک فنجان چای شیرین یک کره عسلی یا پرتقالی هم کنار نون داغ داشت.

این کره‌های طعم دار رو میشه تا یک هفته در یخچال و حدود دو ماه در فریزر نگه داری کرد

مواد لازم

هشت ق غ کره –  که در دمای اتاق نرم شده باشد تا مخلوط کردن کره آسان انجام گردد

چهار ق غ روغن زیتون

پوست رنده شده یک لیمو ترش

نصف ق چ فلفل سیاه

نصف ق چ پودر پاپریکای دودی

دو ق غ سبزی تازه خرد شده مثل ترهپیازچه – نعناریحانشویدرزماریتلخون

کاغذ روغنی آشپزی

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه کره ی نرم شده را با باقی مواد لازم ریخته و با یک چنگال یا قاشق مواد را با هم ترکیب می‌کنیم تابافت آن به صورت خامه ای یک‌دست در آید.

مخلوط آماده شده را روی کاغذ روغنی ریخته و به شکل یک سوسیس آن را می پیچیم. کره ی پیچیده شده در کاغذ را برای دو ساعت در فریزر قرار می‌دهیم تا سفت شود – سپس از فریزر خارج کرده و به صورت حلقه های متوسط برش می دهیم.
