Delicious Dalgona Coffee قهوه دالگونا

I love to have my cup of coffee everyday especially with lots of milk. If I go to a cafe I order cappuccino and at home I love to make my cappuccino. Maybe this one is strange by one of my uncles used to mix instant coffee with black tea and he loved it.

Nescafe نسکافه or instant coffee is combination of the words Nestle and cafe. Nestle produced Nescafe in Switzerland in 1938.

Some of Popular instant coffee brands with delightful taste, rich in flavour and easy to make a fragrant and delicious drink include: Nescafe is one of the most popular coffee brand in the world and the first coffee brand that I learned, other brands such as Maxwell House, Starbucks VIA, Douwe Egberts.

You can always mix hot water or milk with instant coffee and prepare your drink but this is the best way if you want to have a creamy and rich texture coffee.

Instant coffee is made by brewing coffee beans and removing the water from beans. The caffeine of regular brewed coffee is more than instant coffee.

I have made my restaurant style hand beaten cappuccino at home however you can use electric mini beater or whisk too. The point is you get very creamy, amazing rich and yummy cappuccino in just 5-6 minutes.

Dalgona coffee

  • 2 cups milk, boiled
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee/ Nescafe
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  1. In a bowl or mug mix instant coffee with sugar. Add cold water.



  2. Add cold water. Blend it constantly with hand for 5-6 minutes or with electric blender for 1 minute, until your coffee mixture reaches to a fluffy and rich creamy texture.



  3. Boil the milk. Divide creamy coffee mixture in the mugs. Add over the boiled milk.
    Stir it. You can make a big batch of cappuccino and store it in the fridge for 2-3 days.



طرز تهیه قهوه دالگونا

سلام دوستان – شما رو نمیدونم ولی من خودم عاشق قهوه هستم اونم با شیر فراون. با قهوه انواع کاپوچینو – کافه لاتهاسپرسو درست مییشه. کاپوچینو یکی از دوست‌داشتنی ترین نوشیدنی هایی هست که با برای همین یک روش فوق‌العاده آسون یاد گرفتم که میشه در منزل و بدون نیاز به دستگاه یا ماشین یک کاپوچینو خامه ای و غلیظ درست کرد که از نوشیدنش سیر نیمشید.

برای درست کردن قهوه دالگونا از قهوه فوری یا اینستنت کافی  استفاده میشه که که به نسکافه هم معروف هست. نسکافه یا قهوه فوری از ترکیب دو کلمه نست  و کافه  درست شده. اولین بار شرکت نستله  در کشور سویس و در سال ۱۹۳۸ میلادی این محصول رو تولید کرد.

قهوه فوری طی مراحل فنی و ازطریق دم کردن دانه‌های خرد شده قهوه بدست میاد بطوریکه آب موجود در دانه‌های قهوه گرفته میشه و به صورت پودرهای دانه درشت یا ریز در میان.

از برندها یامارکهای معروف قهوه فوری که دارای عِطر و طعم و بافت عالی هستن میشه اول از همه به نسکافه اشاره کردکه از همه ی برندها در دنیا معروف تر هستهمینطور میشه از برندهای  دیگری مثل:

Maxwell Hous- Starbucks VIA – Douwe Egberts

نام برد..

برای درست کردن یک نوشیدنی با قهوه میشه آبجوش یا شیر جوشیده رو با قهوه فوری همزدو یک نوشیدنی درست کرداما اگر دوست دارید که یک نوشیدنی غلیظ – خامه ای و خیلیییییییی خوشمزه درست کنید باید به روشی که در زیر توضیح دادم عمل کنید.

مواد لازم

سه ق غ نسکافه یا قهوه فوری

سه ق غ شکر

سه ق غ آب سرد

دو پیمانه شیر جوشیده

طرز تهیه

داخل یک لیوان قهوه فوری – شکر و آب را ریخته و با یک قاشق مرباخوری به مدت ۵ دقیقه هم بزنید. در طی این ۵ دقیقه ملاحظه خواهید کرد که مخلوط نسکافه و شکر و آب کم کم از حالت شل و آبکی تبدیل به مخلوط خامه ای و غلیظ میشود.

وقتی نسکافه به این مرحله از غلظت رسید. شیر را جوشانده و از نسکافه خامه ای به اندازه ۲ ق غ در هر لیوان ریخته و رویش شیر گرم بریزید.

قهوه دالگونای خوشمزه ی ما آماده هست. حتی می‌توانید کاپوچینیو را داخل یخچال برای ۲۳ روز هم نگه داری کرده و بهق صورت سرد هم صرف کنید.

    1. It is creamy and rich. All my friends tried this recipe, and all of them with no exception, told me, they always mix milk and coffee or espreso but never been this much tasty 🙂
