A Delicious Egg & Tomato Recipe

For a weekend breakfast, this recipe would be fun to prepare, and delicious to eat.

A Delicious Egg & Tomato Recipe

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 1 small bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried herbs such as chives, oregano, parsely,
  1. Melt the butter in a pan.



  2. Add sliced tomatoes and fry both sided for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.



  3. Add bell pepper strips to tomatoes and fry them until soft.



  4. Next, cut boiled eggs into half



  5. and arrange them between tomatoes and bell peppers as you see in the
    photos.



  6. Season more salt and pepper.



  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs and garnish the cheese with your favourite dried herbs..



  8. Cover the pan with a lid and allow to melt the cheese



  9. and voila, it is ready. Serve it with bread.



تخم مرغ ابپز و گوجه‌فرنگی

کمتر کسی هست که از تخم مرغ چه به صورت آبپز یا املت و نیمرو بدش بیاد. امروز من با مخلوط کردن تخم مرغ آبپزبا گوجه‌فرنگی و پنیر مازارلا یک غذای خوشمزه – خوشرنگ و بو و آسون تهیه کردم که میشه برای صبحانه یا ناهار و شام تهیه کرد.

مواد لازم

چهار عدد تخم مرغ ابپزپوست گرفته و از وسط نصف شده

دو عدد گوجه‌فرنگی درشت – حلقه حلقه شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه کوچک نواری خرد شده

یک پیمانه پنیر مازارارنده شده

کمی سبزی خشک مورد علاقه مثل ترهجعفری یا گشنیزاورگانو

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

کره

طرز تهیه

کره را داخل تابه آب میکنیم. گوجه‌فرنگی های حلقه حلقه شده را داخل تابه چیده و به مدت 6-5 دقیقه هر دوروی گوجه ها را تفت می دهیم. مقداری نمک و فلفل به گوجه ها می زنیم. سپس فلل دلمه نواری خرد شده را هم به گوجه ها افزوده و آن‌ها را هم تفت می‌دهیم تا نرم شوند. تخم مرغ های آبپز را مطابق تصاویر از وسط نصف کرده و داخل تابه بین گوجه ها و فلفل دلمه می چینیم.

دوباره کمی نمک و فلفل روی تخم مرغ ها زده و پنیر رنده شده را روی تخم مرغ ها پخش میکنیم تا روی تخم مرغ ها پوشیده شود.

در تابه را گذاشته و اجازه میدهیم روی حرارت ملایم پنیر آب شود. بفرمایید . غذای تخم مرغی ما آماده هست و میشه با انواع نان‌های خوشمزه ایرانی سرو کرد.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
