Sausage Napoleon Salad سالاد ناپلئونی سوسیس

You can call it Napoleon Salad سالاد ناپلئونی , club sandwich/ salad. This sandwich not only has a rich texture but also has lovely taste with great presentation. This is a beautiful layered sandwich with variety of meat, nuts, veggies, sauces or any cheese you like

You can use chicken meat, fish or sausages in this salad. This is a yummy recipe to make a different salad.With making a sandwich/salad like this, you can surprise your family members or guests.

Sausage Napoleon Salad

  • 1 chorizo sausage or 2 cooked chicken breast
  • 4 eggs hard boiled and grated
  • 100 g dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 6 slices of toast
  • 4-5 fresh spring onions, finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • Plain plain yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp mustard sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds
  1. In a large bowl, add chopped meat, nuts, dried appricot, grated eggs, mayonnaise and plain yogurt.



  2. Season with salt and pepper.



  3. Gently mix all ingredients together and set aside.



  4. Trim the crusts from the bread.



  5. In a separate bowl, cut the crusts into small pieces and add 2-3 tbsp mustard sauce, chopped spring onions and season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.



  6. On a clean work surface, arrange 2 bead slices in a row. Spread some of prepared mixture evenly over the bread (as you see in the photos).



  7. Then, place 2 another toast slices over the mixture and top it with the mixture.



  8. Repeat with the third layer of toast slices



  9. Now mix some mayo and plain yogurt together and carefully spread top of the bread slices and cover them.



  10. Next, use prepared mustard mixture and coat four sides of cake with yellow mixture.



  11. Use, pomegranate seeds and fresh dill leaves for topping the salad. ( You can use other veggies or herbs for topping too). Place the cake in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set and then using a knife and cut it into rectangle pieces and serve it with pickles and fried potatoes.



سالاد ناپلئونی سوسیس

شما می تونید این غذارو سالاد ناپلئونی سوسیس – ساندویچ کلاب یا سالاد کلاب بنامید یا هر چی که دوست دارین. این ساندویچ نه تنها طعم و مزه ی خوش و بافت پری داره بلکه ظاهربسیار زیبایی هم داره که تمام اعضای خانواده و یا

مهمان های شمارا ذوق زده خواهد کرد.

این سالاد اشتهابرانگیز و قشنگ یک سالاد لایه لایه هست که با انواع گوشت سبزیگردوو سس ها درست شده. در این سالاد میشه  از گوشت سینه مرغ یا سوسیس و کالباس و یا ماهی هم استفاده کرد.

مواد لازم

یک عدد سوسیس دودی یا دو تکه سینه مرغ پخته و ریز خرد شده

چهار عدد تخم مرغ آبپزو رنده شده

دو ق غ گردو خرد شده

چهار پنج شاخه پیازچه ریز خرد شده

صد گرم قیسی خرد شده

سس مایونز یا پنیر خامه ای به میزان لازم

ماست به میزان لازم

شش تکه نان تست

دو سه ق غ سس خردل

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه بزرگگوشت یا سوسیس ریز خرد شدهمخلوط آجیلقیسی خرد شدهتخم مرغ رنده شدهمایونز ماست و نمک و فلفل را افزوده و با قاشق به آرامی همه مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم تا ترکیب شوند. چهار گوشه نان‌های تست را با کارد جدا می‌کنیم ( مطابق تصاویر).

داخل یک‌کاسه دیگر گوشه‌های بریده شده ی نان را با پیازچه های خرد شده سس خردل و نمک و فلفل مخلوط کرده و کنار میگداریم.

روی یک سطح کار تمیزدو تکه از نان‌های تست را در یک ردیف کنار هم می چینیم. مقداری از مایه آماده شده را روی نان‌ها ریخته و با قاشق کاملن سطح نان هارا می پوشانیم. سپس دو تکه ی دیگر از نان را روی لایه ی گوشتی گذاشته و مجددن با باقیمانده مواد گوشتی سطح نان هارا می پوشانیم. بالاخرهدوتکه ی آخر نان را روی لایه ی قبلی گذاشته و روی این نان‌ها را با مخلوطی از مایونز و ماست می پوشانیم.

در مرحله ی تقریبن آخرچهار پهلوی ساندویچ را با مایه خردلی و زرد رنگ کاملن می پوشانیم. برای روی کیک هم من از دانه‌های انار و سبزی تازه شوید استفاده کردم ولی اگر خواستید می‌توانید با زیتون پیاز گوجه‌فرنگی یا هر میوه و سبزی که دوست دارید این کار را انجام دهید.

ساندویچ آماده شده را 2-1 ساعت در یخچال میگذاریم تا خودش را بگیرد. زمان سرو آن را به تکه‌های مستطیل شکل برش داده و با سیب زمینی سرخ شده یا ترشی سرو میکنیم. نوش جان
