A Quick-Easy Home made Butterتهیه کره خانگی فوری

In one of my earlier recipes, I shared home made butter in different flavours, which is made with cream.Click here But today, I would like to share a wonderful recipe for making a quick home made butter from butter itself. ‌Butter is called: Kare کره in Farsi.

Yes it is very convenient recipe and you can make this beautiful and delicious butter with less effort. We enjoy salted butter, so that’s why I added salt to make it more tasty, but if you prefer, you can skip the salt. The taste of this butter is great, a combination of lemon zest, some fresh herbs and salt, is just yum.

You can use this butter for making omelette, cooking rice, or topping cooked rice, for frying fish or for buttered bread.

A Quick-Easy Home made Butter

  • 1 cup soft bread, room temperature
  • 1 lemon zest
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • Some fresh or dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, addbutter, lemon zest, oil, herbs and season with salt and pepper.



  2. Use afork and mix all ingredients together well until is smooth and soft. Ok my friends, ourspreadable butter is ready to use it. Simply pour into a containerand refrigerate it. it will firm up in the fridge.

    So at this step you can use the butter



  3. or you can do something else: Pour the softenedbutter mixture on a piece of parchment paper



  4. and roll it up into thesausage shape. Tide the ends as you see in the photos. Keep it in the freezer for 3-4 hours until chilled firm up.



  5. This home madebutter will last up to 1 month in the fridge. Do not leave the butterat room temperature for long time, otherwise, it will start toseparate. You can use this butter for making omelette, cooking rice, or toppingcooked rice, for frying fish or for buttered bread.



طرز تهیه  کره خانگی سریع

در یکی از پست های قبلی‌ام طرز تهیه ی کره خانگی با استفاده از خامه توضیح داده بودم. اما در پست امروز دوست دارم

روش خیلی آسون و فوری برای درست کردن کره با خود کره و در طعم های مختلف را به اشتراک بگذارم .

طرز تهیه ی این کره نیاز به هیچ وسیله و ماشینی نداره و حتی مواد اولیه‌اش هم کم هست و هم کم هزینه. ما از کره ی نمکدار خیلی خوشمون میاد برای همین – من از نمک به میزان لازم در کره استفاده کردم که بیشتر مزه دارش کنم ولی طبیعتن اگر نمک دوست نداشتید می تونید به راحتی اون رو حذف کنید.طعم این کره با مخلوطی از کره با پوست لیمو ترشو کمی سبزی تازه یا خشک هست فوق‌العاده شده بود.

ازاین کره ی خوشمزه میشه برای درست کردن املت – پختن کته یا گذاشتن روی برنج پختهسرخ کردن ماهی و یا برای نون و کره استفاده کرد.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه کره نرم که به دمای محیط رسیده باشه

پوست رنده شده یک لیمو ترش

سه چهارم پیمانه روغن مایع

کمی سبزی تازه یا خشک

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه تمام مواد لازم را ریخته و با یک چنگال آن‌ها را با هم مخلوط میکنیم تا یک مخلوط کره ای نرم و یک‌دست داشته باشیم. بله دوستان به همین راحتی کره ی نرم ما آماده شده و میشه همین الان استفاده کرد. کره را داخل یک ظرف در دار ریخته و در یخچال نگه داری کنید.

روش دیگری که میشه این کره را آماده کرد به این ترتیب هست که: ترکیب کره ی آماده شده را روی کاغ روغنی آشپزخانه ریخته و مثل سوسیس کاغذ را رول کرده و دو سر آن را سفت کرد. سپس آن را به مدت 4-3 ساعت داخل فریزر قرار دادتا سفت شود.

این کره را میتوان تا یکماه در یخچال نگه داری نمود .نباید به مدت طولانی این کره را خارج از یخچال نگه داری کرد چون

آب خواهد شد.
