Coronavirus Truffles

Truffles ترافل are delicious chocolate sweets. They can be made with different ingredients and today I have made a very different truffle, that is called Coronavirus truffleترافل ویروس کرونا. Do not panic, do not shake. They are Safe to eat for any range of age from children to adults. IT IS A PROMISE 😍😊

I do not know what the Coronavirus is made from, but my Coronavirus truffles, are made from Oreo biscuit crumbs and cream cheese.

So, let’s eat these yummy Coronavirus truffles with pleasure , we may get rid of this nasty virus👍

My Delicious Coronavirus Truffles

  • 24 oreo cookies
  • 113 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Goji berries/or cranberries
  1. Ingredients




  2. Put the cookies in a food processor and blend it like dust. Or with arolling pin give them a good bash.



  3. Add cream cheese



  4. and mix together until well blended.



  5. After one hour, Oreo mixture is less sticky and hard enough to form it into small balls.



  6. Take 1tbsp of cookie mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat the process, until used all ingredients. Arrange Oreball son the tray.



  7. Stick the berries into the Oreo balls until looks like the Coronavirus😎



  8. Put the tray in the fridge for1 hour,until firm. Eat them with pleasure and enjoy it.



ترافل ویروس کرونا

ترافل یک نوع دسر شکلاتی بسیار خوشمزه هست که انواع گوناگونی داره. امروز من یک ترافل بسیار متفاوت درست کردم که ترافل ویروس کرونا نام داره.

. البته نترسید و نلرزید چون صددرصد سالم و مناسب برای هر گروه سنی هست:  قول میدم با ضمانت

من نمیدونم ساختار ویروس کرونا چی هست اما ترافل ویروس کرونا که من درست کردم از ترکیب بیسکویت اوریو با پنیر خامه ای هست.

اوریو یک بیسکویت قدیمی هست که از سال 1912 آن را تولید میکنند و شامل دو قرص بیسکویت هست با کرم سفید رنگ در وسط بیسکویت

پس با اطمینان و لذت هر چه تمام تر این ترافل های کرونایی را نوش جان کنیم تابه امید خداوند از شر این ویروس لعنتی خلاص شویم.

مواد لازم

بیست و چهار عدد بیسکویت اوریو

صدوسیزده گرم پنیر خامه ای

دو ق غ گوجی بری: گوجی بری طعم شیرینی دارد و از خانواده تمشک می باشد

طرز تهیه

بیسکویت ها رو داخل غذا ساز ریخته و خرد کنید تاکاملن به صورت پودر و ماسه ای در بیاد.( اگر غذا ساز نیست بیسکویت ها رو داخل یک پلاستیک بریزید و با گوشت کوب یا وردنه خردش کنید).بعد پنیر کرمی رو به بیسکویت اوریو اضافه کنید و با هم مخلوط کنید تا خمیر مانند بشه

مخلوط خرد شده ی اوریو را به مدت یکساعت داخل فریزر قرار میدهیم تا کمی سفت شده و بتوان به آن شکل داد. بعد از یکساعت مخلوط بیسکویت پودر شده مناسب شکل دادن هست. در این مرحله به اندازه یک ق غ از

مخلوط را در کف دست قرار داده و به شکل کوفته گرد در آورده و در سینی می چینی .

زمانیکه تمام مواد را به صورت توپک شکل دادیم از گوجی بری ها روی بدنه ی توپک های ترافل قرار داده و به آرامی با انگشت آن‌ها را به ترافل می‌چسبانیم تا شبیه به ویروس کرونا گردد. .

ترافل های آماده شده را مجددن برای نیم ساعت داخل یخچال قرار میدهیم تا سفت شود و بعد با یک فنجان چای یا قهوه و با لذت تمام ترافل کرونا وایروس را نوش جان میکنیم.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
