Banana & Walnut Loaf

I obsessed over my banana and walnut loaf . It’s a moist cake, it’s rich, it is DELICIOUS. Obviously it is banana cake and main star of the recipe is banana. The ideal bananas for this cake loaf recipe are: frozen bananas, or bananas left in the fruit basket and overripe bananas too, all are great. This is one of the easiest banana cake to make.

Banana is called moseموز and walnut is called gerdu گردو in Farsi.

Banana and Walnut loaf

  • 2 cups plain flour, sifted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Pre heat the oven at 175C degree.

    Grease inside the cake tin and line the base of the tin with parchment paper. Mix sifted flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.




  2. In a separated bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy and combined well.



  3. Next stop, add mashed bananas- beaten eggs and chopped walnuts to the mixed butter and combine all ingredients together.






  4. At the end add flour and mix all ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the cake tin, place it in the oven. Bake for 60-70 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.




  5. Cool the cake in the tin for 15 minutes. Then, remove the lining paper andplace it on a wire rack.

    Serve warm or cold in THICK slices and of course with a cuppa chai (tea) or coffee.

    If you want to serve it cold, You can wrap the cake with a foil and fridge it for few hours and then serve it.




نان موز و گردو

نان یا کیک موز و گردو که امروز درست کردم یکی از کیک هایی هست که خیلی بهش علاقه دارم. این یک کیک خیسمقوی  و بسیارررررر خوشمزه هست. خوب همونطور که از اسمش معلومه ستاره اصلی این کیک موز هست و ایده‌آل ترین موزهایی که میشه برای تهیه ی این کیک استفاده کرد شامل موز فریز شده یا موز های خیلی رسیده‌ای هست که در سبد میوه مانده و شاید فکر کنید که دور انداختنی هستن ولی در‌واقع بهترین گزینه برای تهیه ی کیک موز هست. این کیک یکی از اسانترین کیک هایی هست که میشه درست کرد.

پس اگر موز زیادی در منزل دارید که نمیدونید باهاشون چه کار کنید؟؟!! این کیک یک پیشنهاد خوشمزه هست.

ترکیب موز و گردو برای درست کردن یک کیک بسیار خوشمزه فوق‌العاده هست مخصوصن با یک فنجان چای داغ یا قهوه.

مواد لازم

دو پیمانه آرد سفید الک شده

دو پیمانه شکر سفید

دو پیمانه موز له شده

یک پیمانه کره بدون نمک

یک پیمانه گردو خرد شده

چهار تخم مرغ همزده

دوق چ بیکینگ سودا

 نصف  ق چ نمک

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 175 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم.

داخل قالب کیک را چرب نموده و کف قالب را با کاغذ روغنی میپوشانیم. داخل یک‌کاسه آرد الک شده را با نمک و بیکینگ سودا ترکیب میکنیم. داخل یک‌کاسه جداگانه کره و شکر را همزده تا خوب مخلوط شوند.

در مرحله ی بعدیموز له شده – تخم مرغ همزده و گردوهای خرد شده را به مخلوط کره افزوده و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم و در انتها آرد را به این مواد اضافه کرده و همچنان مواد را هم می‌زنیم تا خور مخلوط شده و یک مایه به غلظت عسل تقریبن روان درست شود.

مایه کیک را داخل قالب آماده شده ریخته و در فر قرار می‌دهیم تا به مدت 70-60 دقیقه پخته شود ,و اگر یک کارد یا خلال چوبی را در کیک فرو کنید چیزی از کیک به چنگال نچسبد این یعنی کیک آماده هست.

کیک پخته شده را از فر خارج نموده و ۱۵ دقیقه بعد از قالب خارج کرده و کاغذ روغنی ته کیک را جدا میکنیم. این کیک را میتوان به صورت گرم یا سرد و ترجیحن در اسلایس (تکه های) ضخیم برش داده و همراه با یک فنجان چای یا قهوه نوش جان کرد.

اگر مایلید این کیک را به صورت سرد صرف کنید بهتر است کیک را با فویل (آلومینیوم) بپوشانید و به مدت ۳۴ ساعت در یخچال نگه داری کنید.
