Delicate Donuts Recipe

Have you ever seen or tried these bite sized yummy donuts👇👇😊😊??
There was a bakery near our house, and you could find these donuts there, and I could not resist buying some. 

Maybe you think, that baking donuts is very difficult or perhaps messy but believe me or not, It’s absolutely an easy and quick recipe. No need to kneed or yeast and just, mix the batter, deep fry , roll with sugar and eatttt it. So what are you waiting for??!! whenever you want to have a verrrry quick snack, you can have the easiest homemade donust that takes only 15- 20 mins to make.

They taste like what you get at your local bakery . So treat yourself with your own home made delicious little bite sized donuts, dusted with sugar, super duper easy to make + verrrrrrry addictive.

قطاب شکری Donuts dusted with powdered sugar

Donuts recipe قطاب شکری

  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Sun flower oil for deep frying

For coating

  • Icing sugar or powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon powder (optional)
  1. Mix flour and baking powder together and set aside. Beat together egg and vanilla extract.



  2. Then add plain yogurt and whisk with egg, until completely mixed.



  3. Then gradually, add flour in 2-3 steps and stir until just all ingredients combined



  4. and you have a soft and stretchy donuts batter



  5. Heat the oil in a pot. Grease a tablespoon and take 1/2 tbsp of batter, so that the batter does not stick to the spoon and dip in hot oil.





  6. Fry until golden brown.




  7. Then remove from the oil and place them on a paper towel and let drain extra oil.




  8. Finally, roll them in plain icing sugar or a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.



  9. A voila our delicious donuts are ready to serve with a cuppa chai or coffee.



قطاب شکری

فکر میکنم از این قطاب های شکری دیدید یا میل کردید!! شاید فکر کنید درست کردن این قطاب ها خیلی کار سختی هست و یا همه جای آشپزخونه بهم میریزه و کثیف کاری زیاد داره. ولی باور کنید این از اون بچه قطاب های خوب هست که میتونید هر موقع روز و شب که یکهو هوس یک شیرینی کردید  فقط در عرض 15 دقیقه یک بشقاب پر از قطاب داشته باشید چون طرز تهیه ی این شیرینی بسیییییییییار سریع و آسون هست که نه احتیاج به خمیر مایه داره و نه ورز دادن

 فقط  کافیه همه ی مواد را بریزید داخل یک‌کاسه هم بزنید و سرخ کنید. به همین راحتی.

مواد لازم

صدوپنجاه گرم آرد سفید

دویست گرم ماست ساد ه و یا خامه ترش

یک عدد تخم مرغ

یک ق چ عصاره وانیل

یک ق چ بیکینگ پودر

روغن آفتابگردان برای سرخ کردن

برای روی قطاب

پودر شکر

پودر دارچین: که اختیاری هست

طرز تهیه

آرد و بیکینگ پودر را با هم مخلوط کرده و کنار بگذارید. داخل یک‌کاسه تخم مرغ و عصاره وانیل را هم می زنیم. سپس ماست را به تخم مرغ همزده اضافه کرده و با هم مخلوط میکنیم. در انتها آرد را کم کم و در دو سه مرحله به مخلوط تخم مرغ همزده افزوده و تمام مواد را کاملن با هم ترکیب میکنیم تا یک مایه تقریبن شل داشته باشیم.

مقداری روغن را داخل یک قابلمه گود داغ می کنیم. یک قاشق غذاخوری را داخل روغن کرده تا چرب شود با این کار

مایه خمیر به قاشق نخواهد چسبید و بعد به اندازه نصف قاشق از مایه آماده شده را با قاشق برداشته و در روغن میریزیم تا کاملن سرخ و برشته و شوند. سپس از داخل روغن در آورده و در روی دستمال کاغذی قرار داده تا روغن اضافی آن‌ها خارج شود.

در مرحله ی نهایی میتوان قطاب های خوشمزه امان را فقط داخل پودر شکر غلط داد و یا پودر شکر را با دارچین مخلوط و بعد روی قطاب ها بپاشید.
