Dutch Baby

A beautiful, big , puff off pancake. You have no idea that with a few ingredients how much is easy to create such a giant and yummy pancake پنکیک for an impressive breakfast treat. We will need one of these cast iron skillet and a pair of gloves. Dtuch baby داچ بیبی is known as German pancake پنکیک المانی too.

Dutch Baby

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk, room temperature
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 3-4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extrat
  1. These tools we will need: a cast iron skillet and kitchen gloves 😎




  2. Pre heat the cast iron skillet in the oven at 218C/425F degree.

    Crack the eggs, add them into a blender and blend them well.




  3. Then add milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk for few seconds.





  4. Next, add flour and blend for a minute, until there is no lumps and well combined and you have a smooth batter.





  5. Take out the skillet from the oven And very carefully add some butter to the skillet and melt it. It is so hot and should be careful do notburn your hand.




  6. Pour in the batter. Transfer the skillet into the oven and cook it for15-20 minutes or until extremely puff and done.



  7. You can use so many different things for topping the pancake. Squeeze half of lemon juice. Generously dusting with icing sugar and top it with berries, honey, jam, marmalade, cream.





 

داچ بییبی پنکیک

پنکیک داچ بیبی یا داچ بیبی پنکیک به پنکیک آلمانی هم معروف هست این نوع پنکیک بزرگ بر عکس پنکیک های دیگر که در تابه و روی گاز پخته می‌شوند حتمن باید داخل فر پحت. تهیه ی پنکیک زمان زیادی نیاز ندارد مخصوصن داچ بیبی پنکیک خیلی آسانی هست که فوری و سریع و فقط با استفاده از چند ماده ی اولیه که در هر آشپزخانه ای هست میتوان تهیه کرد. پنکیک آلمانی ترکیبی هست از مخلوط آردشکرتخم مرغ. در ضمن برای مخلوط کردن مواد این پنکیک هم می توانید از همزن برقی استفاده کنید و یا بایک قاشق مواد را هم بزنید.

موادلازم

یک پیمانه ارد همه منظوره

یک پیمانه شیر که به دمای محیط رسیده باشد

چهار عدد تخم مرغ که به دمای محیط رسیده باشند

سه چهار ق غ کره

سه ق غ شکر

یک ق چ عصاره وانیل

طرز تهیه

قابلمه یا تابه چدنی آیرون کست را داخل فر قرار داده و فر را روی حرارت 218 درجه سانتیگراد یا 425 درجه فارنهایت گرم میکنیم. تخم مرع ها را شکسته و داخل مخلوط کن برقی ریخته و تخم مرغ ها را یک دقیقه هم میزنیم. سپس شیرشکر و عصاره وانیل را به تخم مرغ افزوده و مجدد مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم. در مرحله ی بعدی آرد را اضافه کرده و تمام مواد را به مدت یک دقیقه هم می‌زنیم تا کاملن مخلوط شده و یک مایه روان و یک‌دست داشته باشیم.

یک دستکش آشپزی به دست کرده و تابه ی چدنی را که کاملن داغ شده با احتیاط از داخل فر بیرون میاوریم. کره را داخل تابه قرار داده و به کف و دیواره های تابه می‌زنیم تا کره آب شده و تابه چرب شود و بعد مایه آماده شده را داخل تابه ریخته و تابه را در فر قرار میدهیم تا به مدت 20-15 دقیقه پخته و پف کند. همانطور که در تصاویر ملاحظه میکنید پنکیک پف زیادی دارد بطوریکه تمام دیواره ی تابه را می پوشاند. بعد از پخت تابه را از فر خارج کرده و حالا زمان اضافه کردن خوشمزه های بعدی هست.

اول از همه اینکه پنکیک بعد از چند دقیقه که از فر خارج شد پف خود را از دست میدهد.

دوم اینکه حتمن اول لیمو ترش روی پنکیک بزنید چون طعم بینظیری به پنکیک خواهد داد و بعد با میوه‌های مختلفی که دوست دارید و یا عسل و خامه و یا مربا روی پنکیک را پر کنید و همینطور پودر شکر فراموش نشود که روی پنکیک پخش کنید.

پنکیک عظیم الجثه را برش داده و نوش جان کنید. اگر اضافی آمد میتوانید در یخچال نگه دار کرده و روز بعد کمی در فر یا مایکرویو گرم کرده و میل کنید

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
