My Crepe Recipe

For a lazy weekend breakfast or as a dessert, these gorgeous crepes are perfect. The following recipe is an easy recipe for making delicious crepes کرپ just in 5 minutes.

In following recipe, You do not need to any rising agent like, yeast or baking powder among the ingredients. You just make a batter of flour, eggs, milk and salt.  Just less than 5 minutes your batter is ready.

My Crepe Recipe

  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g plain flour
  • ½ cup veggetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp steamed saffron (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Crack the eggs in a large bowl.



  2. Add milk, oil, steamed saffron (optional)and salt.




  3. Mix all ingredients together. Last, add flour and whisk well, until you have a smooth and thin batter.




  4. Heat a non sitck pan on the stove. Grease the pan with oil or butter. Take a ladle of batter and pour into the pan and swirling it to evenlycoat the pan.





  5. Cook each side about 2-3 minutes until slightly brown.. Repeat with remaining batter.

    It can be served cold or hot.




  6. I love to fill and roll up it with Feta cheese or marmalade/ jam but feel free for sweet or savoury topping, as it goes well fresh fruits and whipped cream too.



طرز تهیه کرپ

کرپ و پنکیک جزو دسرهایی هست که همه از بزرگ و کوچک از آن خوششون میاد. فرق کرپ با پنکیک در این هست که کرپ معمولن خیلی نازک تر از پنکیک هست.

اگر دوست دارید یک کرپ خوشمزه با مزه ی واقعن لذیذ رو به اهل خونه معرفی کنید این یکی از همون کرپ هاست.

یعنی برای یک صبحونه آخر هفته گزینه مناسبی هست که فقط 5 دقیقه وقت لازم داره که تهیه بشه و 10 دقیقه که همه ی کرپ ها پخته بشن.

در تهیه ی این کرپ ها از مخمر یا بیکینگ پودر استفاده نشده و فقط از ترکیب آردتخم مرغشیر و نمک این کرپ های ظریف و خوشمززززززززززززه تهیه شده.

کرپ های تهیه شده با پنیر فتا یا همون پنیر تبریزی خودمون – مربا – میوه و یا خامه میشه پرکرد و بعد از رول کردن نوش جان نمود.

مواد لازم

سیصد میلی لیتر شیر

دویست گرم آرد سفید

نصف پیمانه روغن افتابگردان

دو عدد تخم مرغ

یک ق چ زعفران دم کرده: اختیاری هست

یک ق چ نمک

طرز تهیه

تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک‌کاسه شکستهزعفران دم کرده (اختیاری) – شیرروغن مایع و نمک را افزوده و با یک چنگال همه مواد را هم میزنیم.

در آخر آرد را روی مایه ریخته و مواد را خوب با هم مخلوط میکنیم تا یک مایه روان داشته باشیم.

داخل یک تابه را با کره یا روغن مایع چرب کرده و روی گاز قرار میدهیم تا تابه گرم شود. سپس یک ملاقه از مایه را داخل تابه ریخته و تابه را با دست در جهت عقربه ساعت میچرخانیم تا مایه تمام کف تابه را بپوشاند.

هر سمت کرپ دو سه دقیقه زمان نیاز دارد تا پخته شود.

کرپ های پخته شده را میتوان گرم یا سرد سرو کرد. من خودم دوست دارم با پنیر فتا یا مربا کرپ را – سرو کنم ولی میتوان خامه یا میوه‌های تازه مثل توت فرنگیتمشک بلو بری هم روی کرپ ریخت – آن را رول کرد و کمی پودر قند روی آن پاشید و سرو کرد.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
