Pizza Ghormeh Sabzi

Ghormeh sabzi قورمه سبزی , is one of the most beloved, delicious, aromatic and popular Iranian stew, also favourite dish even for tourists.

It is often said ghormeh sabzi , to be national dish of Iran. The history of ghormeh sabzi dates back to more than 500 years ago.

This stew prepares with diced meat, loads of finely chopped herbs such as Parsley, cilantro, scallion….

This stew is cooked with kidney beans – black eyed beans or Pinto beans, black dried limes, and turmeric. Once stew is ready, it served with rice.

The last Saturday of each November recognised as the ‘International ghormeh sabzi day’ by Iranian expats.

Pizza ghormeh sabzi پیتزای قورمه سبزی

Pizza ghormeh sabzi, won the third most delicious pizza پیتزا at the World Pizza Olympics in Italy in 2007.

As an Iranian, I had no idea what the taste will be like, but I tried it and loved it. So here it is my Pizza ghormeh sabzi. I hope you give a try. You would love it.

Pizza Ghormeh Sabzi

  • Leftover ghormeh sabzi or canned ghormeh sabzipizza
  • Pizza dough
  • Slices of Mozzarella cheese
  • Slices of onion
  1. pre heat the oven to 220C degree.

    Drizzle or brush some olive oil on the pizza dough.




  2. Then, spread evenly, ghormehsabzi on the dough.





  3. Place slice of mozzarellacheeseand onion on the ghormeh sabzi. Put the pizza in the oven for 12-10 minutes. Voila,Pizza ghormeh sabzi is ready. Nosh-e jan





پیتزا قورمه سبزی

قورمه سبزی یکی از معروف ترین و پر طرفدارترین غذاهای ایرانی هست که اغلب به عنوان غذای ملی ایراناز اون نام برده شده.تاریخچه ی قورمه سبزی به چند صد سال پیش بر میگرده. این خورش فوق لذیذ – با استفاده از گوشت خورشتیسبزیجات معطرو خرد شده ای همچون جعفری – گشنیزتره – شنبلیله و گاهی اسفناج تهیه میشه.

از مواد دیگه ای که برای پخت قورمه سبزی لازم هست میشه لیمو عمانی ( امانی) و لوبیا رونام برد که در نقاط مختلف ایران از لوبیاهای مختلف استفاده میشه مثل لوبیا چشم بلبلی – لوبیا قرمز یا لوبیا چیتی.

اولین روز شنبه از ماه آذر هر سال از طرف ایرانیان خارج از کشور به عنوان روز جهانی قورمه سبزینامیده شده.

در بین اروپایی ها – قورمه سبزی گاهی سخت مورد پسند واقع میشه. یعنی یا فوری عاشقش میشن یا متنفر میشن – ولی ولی به هر حال من به اضافه ی میلیونها نفر دیگه عاشق قورمه سبزی هستیم.

اگر قورمه سبزی از شب قبل مونده و میخواهید یک غذای تازه امتحان کنید شاید پیتزا قورمه سبزی خوب باشه. شما رو نمیدونم ولی ما بعضی وقتا قورمه سبزی را لای نون هم میگذاریم و لقمه درست میکنیم. حالا تصور کنید پیتزا ی قورمه سبزی هم چیزی مثل لقمه گرفتن قورمه سبزی با نان هست فقط پنیر پیتزا هم اضافه میشه.

احتمالن میدانید که چند سال پیش یعنی در سال ۲۰۰۷ میلادیدر طی مسابقه المپیاد جهانی پیتزا در ایتالیابا ابتکار یک نفر ایرانی پیتزای قورمه سبزی معرفی شد و به دریافت مقام سوم به عنوان یکی از خوشمزه ترین پیتزاهای دنیا شناخته شد.

من تابحال چندین بار این پیتزا رو درست کردم و واقعن خوشمزه میشه. میتونید از قورمه سبزی باقیمانده از شب قبل یا قورمه سبزی کنسروی استفاده کنید. برای خمیر پیتزا هم یا خمیر آماده خریداری کنید یا اگر خودتون بلدید که درست کنید. من هم طرز تهیه ی خمیر پیتزا را در کوکپد به اشتراک گذاشتم.

مواد لازم

مقداری قورمه سبزی

خمیر پیتزا

چند ورقه پنیر مازارلا یا پنیر پیتزا

چند حلقه پیاز

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 220 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم

خمیر پیتزا را باز میکنیم. کمی روغن روی خمیر زده و قورمه سبزی را روی خمیر پخش میکنیم. چند ورقه پنیر پینزا یا پنیر رنده شده را همراه با کمی پیاز خرد شده روی قورمه سبزی میگذاریم.

پیتزا را داخل فر قرار میدهیم تا به مدت 10-12 دقیقه بپزد.

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
